No escort was provided: the most banal question about the need to pay for a visa to Sri Lanka for citizens of the Republic of Belarus turned out to be unsolvable for the agent of Tez Tour. Several times the agent changed his mind about whether I need to pay for a visa. As a result, they offered to take care of it on the spot and find out and pay more than if they did it online. I was also asked to figure out the size of hand luggage for my airline myself. And also take care of the time of the return transfer from the hotel to the airport on your own. I dealt with all these issues, and Tez tour booked me flights and a hotel. So if that's all you need an agent for, then you can use it. If you have more questions, then be ready to solve them yourself for your own money.
