I signed up for a haircut (to remove the length), they signed me up for Victoria. Not only was she late, but she had a terrible haircut. I said that I want to keep the length a little above the shoulder. Then she decided to cut the length in elastic bands. The administrator and I searched for these rubber bands for a long time, but couldn't find them. Victoria sent the receptionist to the store to get them. While the receptionist was buying these elastic bands, Victoria asked several times about the length, trying to persuade me to cut it a little higher, I told her that I needed it below the shoulder. She braided 5 tails for me (according to her, in order to conveniently cut the length and more evenly) she cut it very high, so it turned out to be a square, and not even straight. Then, when my husband and I told her about the length, that it was short, she started lying with the administrator that I had asked for it above, and they dissuaded me. Then you could see on the cameras how I showed her. Victoria apologized (but at the same time said that her hair would not grow back her teeth), and she apparently didn't care how I walked with this "haircut".
