I can say that the literary museum is one of the most interesting museums I have seen; The museum is located in a very beautiful building in the heart of Baku at the junction of nizamiye street with içinşehir, the history of the building is very old and 2. it is known that it has been serving as a museum since the end of world war II, Photography is prohibited at the museum, serious measures have been taken, At the entrance, bags, cameras and phones are taken to the safety room and a number card is given, Entrance fee for foreign tourists is 7 manats for adults, 5 manats for students, It is reported that we should wear thick huge, non-disposable overshoes or walk around with socks, Then the attendant who will explain the museum at the entrance starts to show it by explaining, the attendant does his job very well, is very knowledgeable and responds sincerely to our question along with the excitement of telling everything throughout the introduction, thank you very much for your friendly service 🙏🏻 12. numerous artifacts such as many sculptures, paintings, carpet samples, personal belongings, samples taken from some archaeological excavations of Turks who have contributed to Azerbaijani and world literature since the century to the present are included in the museum, The tour is a little fast because there are countless artifacts and the attendant can't go into the details of all of them, finally, the history of the building is told accompanied by a model of the museum building, and the lady in charge at the entrance took our photos, thank you 🙏🏻 I recommend a visit

Probably one of the most beautiful buildings in Baku. Statues of poets stand as symbols of Azerbaijani culture. I am pleased with such a reverent attitude towards my culture and heritage.

It's a very beautiful building with sculptures on the facade. They didn't get inside, there were holidays.

An interesting museum. A visit costs 7 manats and a guide is provided. The guide tells a lot of interesting things. The exposition is on 3 floors. Sculptures of famous poets, manuscripts, many paintings by artists of the XX century - portraits of poets and scenes from life, household items. It is informative to visit, especially if you are interested in it. You can't take pictures.

After visiting the museum, I really have good knowledge about Azerbaijani literature. All thanks to the fact that the ticket already includes a guided tour (I think it's not useful to visit without an excursion). My guide was Aygun, some incredible girl with a lot of knowledge about Azerbaijan and her literature. I highly recommend it, it is an amazing investment of money (only 7 manats) and your time. There are guided tours in 5 languages (Russian, English, Azerbaijani, Arabic and Farsi).

I will add information that could help me get to the museum on the day of departure, and not just go in: for foreign tourists, a ticket with an excursion costs 15 manats, the tour lasts an hour and a half. The staff were very nice, I hope some other time)

We visited this museum with an excursion, it costs 7 manats. Unfortunately, you can't take pictures. The museum is very worthy, the tour is very interesting and informative. There are many interesting exhibits that definitely should be visited

They were just passing by! It's a pity that we didn't go inside last night. They left it for the next time! We will definitely visit.
