I didn't like the delivery a bit, and I didn't like the refund even more. I ordered two dresses. From the Russian Federation, I'm clarifying, since the store is Belarusian, the patterns are good, the fabric quality is average. The order must be paid for, and only after that it will be sent by SDEK. I paid for it, I waited for a week, even for 8 days. No one tells me where my paid dresses are. Finally, a message that the package has been sent to you. I got it, you CAN'T try it on at the pick-up point. These are the rules of Velesmoda. I tried it on at home: one dress of a beautiful cornflower-blue color was not bad, but it didn't fit on top, the neckline somehow bulged, and the one-piece sleeve cut was very tight under the arms. The quality of the fabric is very average.; the other dress is not suitable for height. It turns out that you need to send it back by filling out an application for a refund. The application is in the package! Do not throw away the package! Then write to the store's email address.After receiving the answer, take it to the SDEC. Sending at your own expense. I paid 700 rubles. The receptionist at the SDEC barely figured out which address to send and to whom. Because the store has several addresses and phone numbers. I sent it, and I haven't heard from anyone for 12 days. But I've read about it, and I've been patient. Finally, the money was returned to the card. And I picked up a fancy dress from another place..I managed to buy it in time for the anniversary! It's also Belarusian, but on a well-known marketplace. Fast delivery with fitting.

I ordered a pantsuit. I really liked the color. It was called "Clover". Bright, saturated on the model. A pale, scary color came. The quality is ordinary flax. It doesn't cost 8 thousand. A maximum of 3. I sent it back and paid almost 900 rubles. For sending it. Disappointed. The color must match.
