I was trying to get an EDS. Of the 6 operators, only two girls worked - very slowly. After an hour of waiting, he demanded that the head (senior operator) pay attention to this fact, after which two more specialists from other areas were added. As a result, after 1 hour and 40 minutes, my turn came (17:40), but for some unknown reason, the system stopped responding. As a result, he left the center at 17:55 without receiving the service. The next day, I applied to the Yunusabad district Public Services center. Within 30 minutes (along with waiting in line), the service was presented to me in full. Once again, I felt the difference between the level of service provided to citizens in Yunusabad and Almazar districts of Tashkent. Yunusabad - well done, Almazar - at least the head needs to be changed, since he cannot arrange the proper operation of the center!

The most terrible single window center. As always, it's a mess here. The queue has arrived, they say that there is no queue that does not show correctly. It's only number 6 coming in right now. What's the point of making electronic queues then??? At the decision-making session, they said that there was a live queue. Why did you take an electronic queue?
