For being customer-oriented, for not being able to say at the beginning that we couldn't fix it until it was shiny and clean. And it's even trite to call to let them pick you up or say that we'll take a couple of rubles for washing, for example. In the end, they didn't.but I gave it 2 stars because I didn't seem to have any major problems there before.
