I liked the hotel. It's certainly not a 5, a solid 4, I'll go back there again. I really liked that the hotel is located in its own bay, except for tourists vacationing in this hotel, there is no one else there. Vacationed there with my husband in May 2022

The hotel has not been updated for a long time, we have been coming to this Hotel for more than 10 years, alternating it with other hotels in Dubai. About the good: a beautiful green area, a private beach, several restaurants for every taste, a very friendly manager at the reception, Ruslan, will always help and quickly solves everything. It's sad: The furniture in the rooms is stripped, the bed linen is old and dirty in places torn, the towel on the beach is 30% just awful, torn and dirty, the deck chairs are almost dead, the mattresses on the deck chairs are very dirty. Breakfast and lunch are very very modest, the choice is like in the usual 3 stars. WiFi is free, very slow YouTube does not pull, you can only correspond, but for an additional fee you can connect a high-speed one. From not pleasant, I can say that over the past 3 years, Dark-skinned people like to come to the Hotel and arrange a "tagil" with girls of easy virtue, so not every night you can sleep peacefully. The prices for accommodation do not correspond to the service, they have already thought about changing the hotel in the future. Our friends have already stopped resting in this hotel. It's a pity, there used to be a good Hotel.

The location is good
Breakfasts are so-so: for lovers of a hearty breakfast in the morning is not suitable. There are no dried fruits and nuts either. But a lot of baking.
Beach: for a person on a business trip - a great opportunity to plunge in the morning before work, and for a beach holiday - not really. The port and cranes are visible.

Hello!
I was on vacation with my sister this year at the end of May. In Dubai for the third time. We always organized the trip ourselves. This year we decided through a tour operator. We chose meals: breakfast and dinner.
Impressions were not very good about the rest:
1. We bought three excursions to hotels (a trip to the desert with a buggy ride, dinner on a yacht and swimming with dolphins). Not a single excursion corresponded to the program. The seller of Lakhan visited one program, but in fact the excursions were conducted on another - they did not swim with dolphins, but played; in the desert half of the promised program was not included in the price of the excursion; on the yacht there was not a dinner in a restaurant, but a dining room with a buffet on deck with a bunch of flying debris due to the wind.
In response, we were hummed their apologies and nothing more!
2. The package of the tour included breakfast and dinner. Dinner is excluded by voucher as in the old-fashioned way.
We had breakfast at the Taverna restaurant. For dinner, the Hotel offered two restaurants: Italian and Lebanese. In Italian, they could only eat on a meager menu: as it turned out, our tour included a choice of two types of soup or two types of salad and two types of pasta or two types of pizza. The menu is the same for 10 days.
In Lebanese, there is a large table with various snacks, bread and barbecue. It's the same thing every day.
The hotel offered to change dinner for lunch without returning the difference in the cost of meals.
3. There are several night clubs on the territory of the hotel, where young people from all over the city came. Some "lovebirds" tried to retire in the halls of the villas. The nights did not pass quietly without calling security.
4. In the beginning, the room was cleaned well. As soon as they started tipping the cleaners. So they immediately began to clean up not fully.
5. The hotel needs renovation, the beach chairs are not clean, seaweed is on the shore every other day, vacationers do not clean up after themselves on the beach (wrappers, bottles and other garbage are lying around in places).
The hotel does not pull on 5 stars!
I really liked the location and the green area. All attractions are a 15-minute drive away. The staff is friendly, ready to help in everything. Except for the brilliant Lakhan, the seller of excursions.
We will not advise anyone. There was enough of everything in full!!!

The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars with a stretch !
The staff is disgusting , except for the girls at the reception . There are no complaints about them , everyone will help , prompt ! I took breakfast and dinner and never managed to eat ! Male waiters do not serve women in principle ! Only men . To give such money only for an overnight stay is too much !
The rooms are clean , cleaned every day .
The territory is well maintained but old !
The first coastline ???? Seriously???? When choosing a hotel , first of all I looked so that the hotel was on the first line of the beach . And here is not a beach, but a piece of sand with a 50-50 exchange!!!
The hotel needs work on the staff and reconstruction of the view itself!

In general, the hotel is not bad, but because of the rains there were problems with electricity - in half of the room the light did not turn on, friends periodically lost hot water. The staff tried to solve these problems quickly, but still the sediment remained.
Of the obvious advantages: very green and well-groomed territory.

Maxim 4 star hotel. The choice of food does not pull even 3 stars. You can only have an omelet for breakfast, the air conditioner was constantly breaking down. The waiters at breakfast are as slow as possible . The territory is green, but not well-groomed, palm trees and shrubs in dry branches, etc. A big plus is a convenient location and its own small beach.restaurants on the territory of the hotel can hardly be called restaurants.

The hotel no longer pulls on 5 stars, the rooms are old, and the breakfasts are meager. And the location is so-so, buses don't go free, only taxis. But not far from Khalifa (15-20 min by taxi).
Umbrellas are already full of holes on the beach. But the staff is helpful and friendly. 👍
The sea is also clear every other time

This is the first time we are faced with such lawlessness! At the entrance, the administrator explained that the mini-bar is paid, tea/coffee is free, fruit and chips are a compliment from the hotel. In fact , on the day of departure , they were obliged to pay 135 dirhams for 2 small jars of Pringles ( They were unpleasantly surprised , not a foot in this hotel anymore .

We stayed in December 2020 for 6 nights in this hotel, in a 2-room room on the 1st floor, villa No. 40. The room is a little tired, and probably the guests were smoking in front of us. Wi-Fi in the room practically did not catch, it was normal only at the reception. Room cleaning was also rare, the replacement of bed linen was not noticed, sometimes towels were not reported to the bathroom. And not all sockets were working. Additionally, they asked for an ironing board and an iron in their room. The bed is comfortable and large. I liked the territory of the hotel itself, several swimming pools and restaurants. The breakfasts are average, but there was a choice. I liked the fish evening on the weekend, which was held in an open area in the air, they paid a fixed amount, and chose what they wanted to eat on the buffet - seafood and grilled dishes. And also often ate in a Mexican restaurant, I recommend to visit, the entrance to which is located next to the entrance to the hotel. Also, after trips to the city, we spent evenings in the hotel's beach bar - wine, hookah. There is a small exit to the beach, but I didn't want to swim from it.

The territory is not well maintained, there are ruins everywhere, everything is old and dilapidated. The rooms are old, the furniture is worn out, the water barely flows, towels are stained, individual accessories are given out little, food is very scarce. The spa stated in the very name of the hotel is not included in the accommodation. If you want to go to the hammam, pay! In general, a complete disappointment!

Five stars, its own beach, excellent cuisine. The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, talked with girls from Kazakhstan at the reception. Very friendly. For five stars , I think it's inexpensive. I highly recommend you to visit. Nearby, on Jumeirah Street there are many shopping malls, fitness centers, cafes and restaurants. There is public transport, which seems to be surprising why it is there.
