The rooms are very old, the sofa holds together, not all drawers close, there are no shelves for clothes, something falls out, the switches are sticky, in general, there has not been a repair for 20 years. The staff does not respond to requests, they nod their heads, but the result is zero. The tennis court is free for vacationers, but take your rackets, the ones that are rented are the same as the hotel's rooms, which are dead.

Everything is fine, I didn't really understand the negative reviews. Great location, not far from everywhere. Its own beach, small but quite clean, several heated pools, food - without any serious complaints. We stayed for two days, there was an early check-in around ten - we were kindly accommodated for free at this time instead of 15 hours. At the check-out, however, they did not extend it for free, but we actually did not expect much. The rooms are tired, but there was nothing radically terrible. In the evenings, on-site receptions were constantly arranged in the restaurant - it was fun. In general, it is quite a normal place to stop, work and relax.

Now with my husband and friends we are resting in this hotel ! We are frequent guests of the hotel and we like to come back here ! If possible , we come twice a year . The hotel is an oasis in the desert , surrounded by greenery ! Pools , fountains , streams , private sandy beach with good access to the sea . There are many restaurants on the territory , there is a bar on the beach . The hotel staff is friendly! I would especially like to express my gratitude to the best manager of the hotel Ruslan ! There are no unsolvable problems for him ! I would also like to mention Alfonsos working at the beach bar ! You make me want to come back !!! The hotel is suitable for recreation of any age category . Thanks to the main manager of the hotel and the owner for the excellent staff selection !

What can I say. There are more minuses than pluses. The beach is nice, compact, with its own bay, with clean water. The territory is not large, but well maintained. Breakfast and lunch are quite varied, but coffee in the morning is simply impossible to drink. The dishes are also not always clean. A lot of bats. The rooms are renovated for a long time, but quite cozy. The first jamb is that for all requests to put 4 large towels, carefully cleaned and replaced the battery on the scales - "yes, yes", in fact, complete disregard. Is this a 5* service? Definitely not, guys. Yesterday there was a joke in general. We left a tip in the room to the cleaner, came to the room after a walk, took the money, the room was not cleaned) upon arrival, the room was provided untidy to the end, there was even a cigarette butt in the bathroom. As for the rooms, take a room closer to the reception, otherwise you will wake up around 5 am from the prayer of a Mula from a nearby mosque. Today I was finally finished off by the staff on the beach. I asked very politely to open the umbrella over our sunbeds, to which one waved his hands and left, the other remained and with a very dissatisfied face still did us this favor. After that, I watched how he skillfully manages the women, while they dragged a lounger together. Super foreman! Are you guys serious?)) In terms of service, the hotel falls very far short of the named 5* category. Therefore, I put 3 *, it does not pull for more, alas.

Hello! I was on vacation with my sister this year at the end of May. In Dubai for the third time. We always organized the trip ourselves. This year we decided through a tour operator. We chose meals: breakfast and dinner. Impressions were not very good about the rest: 1. We bought three excursions to hotels (a trip to the desert with a buggy ride, dinner on a yacht and swimming with dolphins). Not a single excursion corresponded to the program. The seller of Lakhan visited one program, but in fact the excursions were conducted on another - they did not swim with dolphins, but played; in the desert half of the promised program was not included in the price of the excursion; on the yacht there was not a dinner in a restaurant, but a dining room with a buffet on deck with a bunch of flying debris due to the wind. In response, we were hummed their apologies and nothing more! 2. The package of the tour included breakfast and dinner. Dinner is excluded by voucher as in the old-fashioned way. We had breakfast at the Taverna restaurant. For dinner, the Hotel offered two restaurants: Italian and Lebanese. In Italian, they could only eat on a meager menu: as it turned out, our tour included a choice of two types of soup or two types of salad and two types of pasta or two types of pizza. The menu is the same for 10 days. In Lebanese, there is a large table with various snacks, bread and barbecue. It's the same thing every day. The hotel offered to change dinner for lunch without returning the difference in the cost of meals. 3. There are several night clubs on the territory of the hotel, where young people from all over the city came. Some "lovebirds" tried to retire in the halls of the villas. The nights did not pass quietly without calling security. 4. In the beginning, the room was cleaned well. As soon as they started tipping the cleaners. So they immediately began to clean up not fully. 5. The hotel needs renovation, the beach chairs are not clean, seaweed is on the shore every other day, vacationers do not clean up after themselves on the beach (wrappers, bottles and other garbage are lying around in places). The hotel does not pull on 5 stars! I really liked the location and the green area. All attractions are a 15-minute drive away. The staff is friendly, ready to help in everything. Except for the brilliant Lakhan, the seller of excursions. We will not advise anyone. There was enough of everything in full!!!

Lovely hotel and great food. It's not very good on the beach because of the construction site, which is audible, but this is temporary and therefore I don't lower my score, I was quietly sunbathing by the pool, and went swimming in the sea. But the main thing is that the hotel has amazing staff! Guys, thank you so much for your care and help with any questions! Ruslan is especially attentive and kind, helped me in solving difficult issues with the vile tui agency, they are brazen liars and my vacation would have been ruined if not for Ruslan's help!!! And all the girls at the reception, Katerina and others are very responsive!!! In the restaurant, a girl just perfectly greets us and we communicate sweetly every day) there is also a beautiful well-groomed territory, good rooms and very tasty food, for 5+, but I have a request to the owners and management, I ask you to pay attention to it, it will give you the advantage and tourists will choose your hotel rather if there is a shuttle to the nearest malls, at least to Dubai Mall! The beach and shopping, this is why we are going to Dubai!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I boldly recommend the hotel!

A very nice place for a seal holiday:) Its own clean beach with sun beds and canvases (plus 2 adult basikas with cool water), an extensive breakfast, cozy 2-storey villas surrounded by greenery (and beautiful birds, you feel like you're in an oasis!), friendly staff, expensive but decent restaurants inside, generally very pleasing that closed area without extra people. Of the peculiar disadvantages: tired plumbing and a local administrator who "knows Russian" (it is better to communicate in English or wait for our admins).
