I bought a used Volkswagen from the authorized dealer in Qatar, and I was given misleading information about its condition and the required maintenance. I trusted their inspection and statements, but later discovered that key details were hidden or misrepresented — resulting in serious mechanical damage and high repair costs. Neither the local dealer nor Volkswagen Middle East took responsibility or offered any real solution. This experience completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I hope Volkswagen AG in Germany reviews how its representatives in the region are treating customers.
