Nice city hotel with a convenient location. You can walk to Mall of the Emirates and two metro stations. It should be borne in mind that the way to the shopping center, although not far away, is not the most convenient: there are practically no pedestrian crossings — you have to go through the parking lot and make a detour or cross under the overpass next to the Kempinski hotel. But a large number of buses depart from Mall of the Emirates to all areas of Dubai. The hotel itself and the staff left a very good impression. Breakfasts for 5+: a large selection of dishes, especially the lightly salted fish. There is a heated swimming pool, which is important if you are vacationing in February. The pool is small, but it is quite comfortable for a city hotel. Separately, I would like to note the convenience of communicating with the staff via WhatsApp — you can quickly write any wishes without calling each time from the room. It would be great if more hotels used this format.

We got to the hotel by assignment. Special thanks to all employees. Maximum courtesy, loyalty and participation in difficulties. The room for a couple of nights is good. If it takes longer, it is difficult to ventilate, because the windows are without panes, because of this it can be very stuffy and humid. But thanks again for the service provided in Force Majeure. And special thanks for the smoked fish for breakfast, the hallmark of the Hilton chain.

Hilton is always about stable quality, courteous staff, cleanliness and comfort. Very convenient location (based on your preferences). 2 times a day - free shuttle to the beach. The breakfast was very tasty, the dinner was not a buffet (the hotel was not loaded). not bad, but when I tuned in to the buffet, I was a little disappointed. On the last day, a lot of guests stopped by and made a buffet - here it's almost 5-plus. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and a huge mall in 10 minutes. We didn't use the pool, we just looked at it - it was clean and tidy. It is convenient that you can take towels for the beach.

The hotel is relatively conveniently located, within walking distance of two metro stations and the Mall of the Emirates itself. Relatively speaking, because you have to walk to both stations, and it turns out that it's too close to call a taxi, and too far if you have a suitcase. The mall itself faces the street of the hotel, so you have to go around it to the right or left. The street is quiet, dotted with mid-range hotels, not one of the postcard views of Dubai. The staff in all services is polite and friendly, we were checked in by a nice girl, Kristina. The room is clean, the plumbing is in order, the water pressure and the water temperature are good. Breakfast is strange for me, as for a European: it seems to be a decent choice, but the whole range is a variety of mixtures from Arabic or Indian cuisine, and similar specific salads. Perhaps connoisseurs of Oriental cuisine will find the choice interesting. Among the pleasant things were waffle irons and even a machine baking pancakes. I would also like to note that the hotel offers an a la carte dinner for 100 dirhams, where the assortment is much more attractive than at breakfast - salads are more familiar, two side dishes, two hot meat dishes, shawarma is prepared separately, two soups and desserts. I had dinner at the hotel 2 times and was not upset. Entertainment options at the hotel include a small outdoor pool with heated water, a gym and free laundry. The hotel also has a spa. We had a great rest at this hotel. We only went to breakfast and that's right, I think. I do not recommend taking lunch and dinner. The Mall of Emirates is nearby and it is convenient, so you can get to where you need using the metro. We will definitely return to this hotel with the whole family if there is a special offer. A modern hotel, according to the map from the room in the elevator, you can only get to your floor, to the pool floor (2nd floor) and of course to the first floor to exit. I really liked the breakfast buffet, you can also make waffles yourself, the chefs will cook an omelet with spices and additives that you want according to your taste. Several mini coffee machines. There is a small safe in the room, an iron with a board, a dryer, an electric kettle, a TV, a temperature controller, but the window is deaf, it is impossible to open, probably it was necessary to take for smokers with a balcony. Toothpastes are not provided until you ask. The hotel itself is a 10-minute walk from Emirates Mall, there is also a metro station. Also in 10-15 minutes walk you can reach relatively cheap shops like Day to Day, Brands for Less.

An epic hole. Outside the window in the well, either some kind of construction equipment is making noise, or something else. They asked to relocate where it's quiet. Moved... two floors above... above the same room))) Brilliant! They asked for an extra blanket in the evening (there are three of us with a child, one blanket!), they brought a dirty thin blanket… In principle, there were only two accessories in the room, although they paid for three. Breakfasts ... the room is a long, thin, cramped gut, simply not designed for comfort. The distribution line resembles a long trough with a herd of pigs rubbing its sides. 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, a hotel employee approached us with a request to finish faster, because they have a paid restaurant opening there after a while))) We had enough for 1.5 days here, after which we retreated with great joy. There are no stars here. This is not a hotel. Some kind of hostel at best, but in fact a cattle pen. The worst experience. Don't even think about booking IT.

Currently we live in a hotel, when choosing a hotel, we were guided, among other things, by the fact that the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool:and it turns out to be under repair🤷🏼♀️I will say more, when we checked in, they told us where it was, indicated the opening hours, and the next day, going to the pool, we found that it was not working. I will say more:the reception staff is not all aware that the hotel is not working. It seemed like a large hotel chain and, unfortunately, no apologies for the inconvenience.... Very strange, but what about customer orientation and hospitality? The representative of the tour operator also shrugged, smiled and said: "Well, next time you come, the pool will be repaired" How so?
