Hello! On 10/01/24 I made a purchase in the Adidas Performance store (148, Khalid Bin Al Waleed road) Yeezy qntm “Sea Teal” (11 1/2 US) for 399 AED. When using the shoes after 2 weeks, defects were found that cannot be restored. The sole has come apart over the entire area of the sneaker, I contacted the workshop for advice, the master said that the shoes were dry and cannot be restored, a complete replacement of the sole is required. I am in Russia, and I do not have the opportunity to return the defective product. I ask for a refund for this pair of shoes, since they cannot be used. Photo of the damage is attached. При эксплуатации обуви спустя 2 недели были выявлены дефекты, которые не подлежат восстановлению. Подошва по всей площади кроссовка расклеилась, я обращался в мастерскую за консультацией, мастер сказал что обувь пересохла и восстановлению не подлежит, требуется полная замена подошвы. Я нахожусь в России, и возможности вернуть бракованный товар не имею. Прошу вернуть денежные средства за данную пару обуви, т.к. она не подлежит эксплуатации. Фото повреждений во вложении.
