Khinkalnaya is a true find for gourmets of Georgian cuisine! The atmosphere of real Georgia reigns here, filled with the aromas of freshly prepared dishes and the warmth of hospitality. The interior of the restaurant is made with soul and attention to detail, creating a cozy atmosphere conducive to pleasant communication and the enjoyment of delicious delicacies. Special attention should be paid to the quality of the products and the skill of the chefs. The khinkali is so good here that every guest will be able to appreciate the perfect consistency of the dough and the richness of the filling. The harmonious combination of spices and fresh ingredients creates a unique taste that you want to experience again and again. It's not the first time I've come to this place , but on this day I decided to order something else . I liked such dishes as Kharcho soup, salad with cheese, grilled salmon fillet, Georgian sweets and cranberry juice. I really liked these positions of the dishes. Each dish is delicious in its own way. The hot appetizer was prepared faster than the set time . However, despite the numerous advantages, a small nuance slightly overshadowed the impression. The menu is presented on one sheet, where on the reverse side there was okroshka, which was impossible to try when ordering, because the dish was missing. This fact slightly disappointed those guests who expected to enjoy the refreshing taste of the cold soup. Nevertheless, the overall impression remains exceptionally positive due to the high level of service, the professionalism of the staff and the excellent quality of the food. This place is definitely worth a visit to every connoisseur of traditional Georgian cuisine and a good rest in a pleasant atmosphere. I would also like to add that upon entering this establishment, you will be warned and clarified about the time that is allocated for cooking hot dishes.

The service is great, the staff is good. Khinkali is not my thing, with greens it's cilantro.Everything is very spicy. But I'm not lowering it because maybe that's the way it should be .But not mine.

The worst khinkali with chicken. I took a set for the food court's birthday. The set itself is not thought out, the plates do not fit on the tray, it is not convenient to carry. Soup is more or less, but what's in the khachapuri set, which is made on sweet dough with a filling like a pie at the train station? For a spicy soup? As a separate dish, it is also impossible to eat it, just one dough. And the most terrible thing is khinkali: the disappointment of the day. Finely chopped minced meat as in cheap dumplings. This is probably the first time I've written a negative review. And for the first time, after the Georgian cuisine, I am disappointed.
