The building is a little old for 2022, but very comfortable for work and housing. A normal gym and swimming pool on the 8th floor Shops, cafes at hand, 5 minutes walk to the metro

Excellent residential complex, within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, the Museum of the Future across the street, one metro stop from the World Trade Center, also a couple of metro stops from Burj Khalifa, in general in the very center
