The hotel is good, I've been twice to rooms of different categories. But it's not economical: an old building with long walkways between buildings, a spa, a restaurant, and rooms with an acute angle on the passage itself, or doors in the bathroom that don't work. The staff is decent, but they can only speak Turkish, please adjust) The location is top-of-the-line, near the embankment and pleasant streets deep into the city.

The hotel is not bad, but there are nuances. The furniture in the rooms already needs to be replaced, it is slightly shabby, the bathroom floor could have been partially heated, it was still cool at the end of April, the air conditioner was turned on for warmth and it was not comfortable to sleep with it, it was noisy. Breakfast is nothing special, for three, everything is kind of bland and there is not enough serving, the waiters at breakfast were also surprised, they are not trained in guest service at all, they stand for 3 people, chat in the middle of the hall, they are not in a hurry to offer tea / coffee. And in general, the staff at the hotel does not correspond to 5 *, the service is very lame.

Convenient location, beautiful surrounding area. The embankment is literally 50 meters away. The food is good, but when you live for a few days, there is not enough variety, it's the same every day. I put 4 stars for the fact that when checking in, the garbage was not thrown out in the room and there was a dirty rag on the table.
