First, about the cafe: The prices are very high, and the quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired. We had French fries, caesar salad and beer. Potatoes are not bad, but caesar is impossible to eat, everything is covered in sauce. And now about the hotel: They met us well and kindly. We chatted and were escorted to our room. The room is clean and spacious. It was necessary to go down to him at the very bottom, it would be difficult with a suitcase. The first surprise was waiting for us here - wi-fi and even the local SIM card do not catch in the room! There is a smart TV on the TV, but it does not work without the Internet. The staff said they couldn't do anything. The next day we had a photo shoot planned and we needed an iron, so we asked the reception to bring it to our room by 21:00. The tour was very early in the morning, so we asked if it was possible to prepare breakfast for us on the road and we were promised that sandwiches would be waiting for us at the reception. 20:30 we reminded you about the iron, we promised to bring it. At 21:00, they found out that they did not have an iron (later it turned out that the man did not know where to look). In the morning, when we were going to a photo shoot, I decided to put my things in the safe, but it turned out that I closed it and couldn't open it. I asked the staff to help, and they entered the code for the safe. It's strange that they know the code, I do not know, but I hide things from everyone, including the staff. I had to carry all the most important things with me at all times. There were no promised breakfast sandwiches, and the morning staff hadn't even heard about the request. We informed the staff of our dissatisfaction with the situation, but received a simple reply. Later, they brought us a fruit plate and two glasses of wine as an apology. The room cleaning was good, I left the cleaner a tip of 50 lire. For this, I got my underwear missing :) I reported this to the reception, they searched for 10 minutes and said they hadn't taken anything. Then our patience ran out and we told them not to approach us or enter our room. The linen was found the next day and brought without apologies. All the panoramic soft places to relax were covered from the rain, which was not predicted and it happened a day later. There was nowhere to rest. The breakfasts are good, but always the same. My husband is OK, but I can't eat the same thing. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They can't fulfill the simplest requests, but they can promise without any problems. You don't expect high-quality service and relaxing holidays.
