The working hours on holidays are hanging indoors, i.e. if you haven't arrived and haven't read them in advance, then you won't find out that they are not working today, the answering machine calls the standard working hours on the phone without changes and postponements.

do something with the asphalt in front of the warehouse, the pits are terrible as customers drive up to the parcel pickup point. they don't even communicate without registration, they can't help to register, I spent an hour on online registration, then the program was wrong, then I ticked the wrong box, the girls from online support helped out. The business organizers have a lot to work on, I wish you all success!

Пункт приема посылок представляет собой отгороженный от общего склада закоулок. Царит хаос а-ля творческий беспорядок. Может из-за этого они и проигрывают ближайшим конкурентам. Но посылку отправили. Смс о возврате наложенного платежа не дождался, поэтому пришлось самому звонить в Минск. В итоге через неделю после отправки посылки деньги вернулись ко мне. Итог: больше подходит для крупного груза на большие расстояния. Персонал нормальный, вежливый, но работы у них много, поэтому небольшая неразбериха. Любят отдыхать, судя по режиму работы, особенно в субботу.
