We ordered a kitchen from this organization. I recommend you to visit: we really liked designer Irina: the creation of the design project took place in a comfortable environment, competent and professional explanations, answers to questions, recommendations, demonstrations of samples, involvement in the project. Help and advice in the process of buying a sink and faucet (suitable or not). After creating a design project for our size, a measurement was made by a representative of this company and we had to rework the design a little due to the subtleties (location of the ventilation duct, lack of a microwave outlet, etc.) - everything was painless and competent. Irina was always in touch, quickly answered any questions that arose (and I had a lot of them)), treated me patiently and with understanding! We were waiting for the kitchen, of course, longer than scheduled, but these are all questions for the manufacturer, not for this organization. Even before the kitchen was delivered, we were quickly offered a kitchen assembler (whom Montagna works with and trusts). He turned out to be a professional and just a nice person (he put it together quickly, efficiently, using a good tool). In terms of the quality of the kitchen packaging: we have something to compare it with (we bought Neman furniture there, the packaging is beyond praise and the quality of the Otis cabinets is also excellent) - there is a lot to strive for, it feels like the factory hastily wrapped the boxes with duct tape. But despite the flaws, there was no damage to any facades, components, or facades. The quality of the kitchen: the facades are well painted, the edges are glued, the coating quality is pleasant to the touch and the visual is beautiful. Operating instructions - of course, time will tell. But we are satisfied with the service! Thank you to the company and wish you good clients with interesting projects)
