Zabeel is a modest extension compared to Dubai Mall — more like a stylish parking hub with shops than a full-blown mall. Simpler brands, a supermarket, plenty of cafes. Clean, organized, comfortable. Not a destination in itself, but convenient and calm.

They took us here by bus from the hotel and the same bus took us back. We had about 5 hours in the mall itself, and that's a lot) They didn't buy anything in the mall stores, because it was expensive. We had a snack in Lulu's cafeteria and were sitting next to him, waiting for our bus. We looked at the aquarium in the main building of the mall and went out to the fountains to the left of the aquarium. You can ask the concierges for directions, because the interactive map of the shopping center does not always work. In general, I would not recommend going to the Dubai Mall, because it is sooooo crowded and noisy. Fountains and an aquarium are beautiful, but it's a pity to waste so much time for them and a couple of photos against the backdrop of skyscrapers. We didn't have much choice, as the weather was not pleasant, and there was practically nothing to do in Ajman.

I do not know who shops in this mall, or indeed in Dubai. The prices are horse-drawn, a huge territory with endless crossings and disgusting navigation. The first time we visited, we spent two hours climbing floors and escalators to find an exit to the fountain show and the Burj Khalifa. (Who doesn't know, there's only one exit from the subway, and to get to the sights, you need to go through the entire mall, and before that, you still have to walk 1.5 kilometers along the passage). The third time, they "broke the system" and did not follow the whole crowd to the mall, but to the area of expensive boutiques, where only sheikhs hang around. So we managed to shorten the way to the fountains at least twice. A life hack for a note;) Resume. It's worth going through once, to see the waterfall with pearl divers and the aquarium, after which it becomes an unavoidable evil on the way to the fountains and the burj khalifa, where we come once every time we visit Dubai, it's worth it.
