The hotel is good, but already "tired" in all aspects, everything is kind of worn, the steps creak, the doors are loose, the toilets are leaking. The TV cameras in the room are at least 20 years old (although we didn't come to watch TV, but still). There is a place to wash the laundry, but there is absolutely nowhere to dry it, the heated towel rail in the bathroom does not work, and there are no more options, I had to improvise (an iron and ironing board are available, by the way). The kitchen in the room is not bad, there is even a dishwasher, but there are no dishes themselves, I had to ask for it, the walker is working. The microwave was initially turned off for some reason. Spa complex (swimming pool, sauna and hammam) It's not fresh either. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, varied, the choice is large, there is plenty of space, there is a children's room. The staff at the hotel is friendly, there are many Russian-speaking staff, the bed and towels were changed daily, 6 bottles of water were brought in for free every time (even 12 were brought once), tips, for some reason they were not taken. We chose this hotel because of its very convenient location and, in general, we did not lose money, but we can tolerate small things.

The room was "upgraded" at the entrance, but you should know that it is being "upgraded" for everyone. The room itself is two-storied, with huge panoramic windows. We came across a construction site with a view from the window. The windows are dirty. The room itself is damaged. The carpets are stained white, and the sofa is also filthy. The windows are dirty. On the second day, they took all the bathrobes and towels (by the way, the bathrobes were also washed and worn) and did not bring them until I went to the reception and talked to the employee (a Russian-speaking, not very pleasant employee, tried to prove that "they do this" until you hang up a sign, no one will do anything. That is, to take it away, they will take it away, but they will not bring a new one. In general, nonsense. The bed linen is clean. The bathrooms are cleaned every day. In general, the hotel is normal. But I wouldn't come back a second time.

Lots of vegetables and fruits. Sometimes you had to wait a long time for the elevator. It's not stressful. By location: it was perfect for me. Gezi Park is a 5-minute walk away. Taksim Metro Station and Taksim Square are a 7-minute walk away. Starting point, Havalist bus stop (airport) 3 minutes from the hotel.

The impressions from the hotel are the best. The room is on two levels. The ground floor has huge panoramic windows with sliding curtains and electronic blinds, a large sofa, TV, kitchen, toilet. On the second floor there is a large bed, a shower, a toilet, a wash area with a large mirror, an ironing room, and many different cupboards. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the square. Attentive and adequate guys at the reception. There is a spa area with a swimming pool and sauna, which is also included in the price. A cozy lobby and restaurant complete the picture. We liked everything very much.

A great hotel to spend the night in. The rooms are not large, but they are enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast is on the top floor, there are places with sea views. Breakfast is monotonous every day, for 4-5 days it is already boring, of course, but it is better than searching the city in the morning for a cafe. We really liked the restaurant there in the evening, and the cuisine and live music are much more cozy and tastier than in cafes outside in the heat. The prices are plus or minus the same as under the bridge. The location is great, near the tram and the grand bazaar, the metro is 5 minutes away, you can get everywhere and walk along a wide street with shops, prices are normal, as everywhere.

Not a bad hotel. We had a vacation in the 3rd in 2024. We chose a 2-level room. The most confusing thing was the smell in the room, maybe they used to smoke in it, maybe they had such incense, I didn't understand, but it annoyed (me personally). And the sink didn't drain the water well on the 2nd floor, they came and did something, but the picture didn't change. My daughter didn't really like her sofa on the ground floor, they were looking for a hotel with a full 3-bed place, but it's hard to find in Istanbul. Otherwise, everything is fine, even the things that I didn't like were the little things that didn't spoil the rest in any way! The breakfasts are also quite decent and varied, you will not stay hungry. I was surprised that there was a man on the sausage and cheese who was serving(these are not delicacies)

There was no hair dryer (although there should be), but after contacting the reception they brought it. But there is a station with buses to airports, as well as Taksim Square, Istiklal, and a metro station nearby. The restaurant is on the ground floor in the main building, there is an underground passage from the annex building. The restaurant is very cozy, there is a terrace overlooking the green lawn. And most importantly, the charming Susan works in it. Turkish lessons, delicious Turkish omelets, pastries from the oven that stands right in the hall, a compliment from Susan in the form of tea in Turkish armudas from the bar - amenities that created a wonderful mood for the upcoming day in magnificent Istanbul. There is a kettle, a free safe, a hairdryer, slippers, disposable toothbrushes, etc. There are no bathrobes. There is little soap. They clean every day, BUT: the maids took away dirty towels, but did not put new ones + did not put toilet paper until I complained about it at the reception. Breakfasts are not very good. There are no sausages and cottage cheese (which is usually always present). But we always ate too much. Although we were hoping for a more varied breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10:30 and exactly at that time tea, coffee, etc., even water was turned off. So after 10:30, you couldn't even pour water into your cup. The hotel is located near the square.Taksim. In principle, the location is convenient, but the place around the hotel is not beautiful. And the hotel lobby itself leaves much to be desired. 4 is the highest rating for the hotel. But in general, it's fine. The hotel does NOT accept Union Pay or MIR cards for payment.
