A man put lenses in my eyes that are impossible to look through and demands that I pay for it. He took my frame hostage and won't give it back. I called the number and instead of apologizing, I was confronted with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I consider such behavior towards clients unacceptable. If you have specified a specific opening time, please observe it. I am very disappointed with the service.
