Unfortunately, the sellers are not competent and do not know the product. We were in the store today and bought perfume for my husband, talked to the sellers and asked for alternatives. When the payment happened, I saw this perfume in the set and it turned out that the set could have been taken for the same price as the perfume, but they began to convince me that there was not the same volume and the wrong fragrance. I said that the package says 100 ml and asked if we could exchange it now. The answer was no. It's sad that sellers don't care about customers. But they offered to buy something else. I wouldn't be outraged by the situation if all the goods had price tags, but there are almost no prices anywhere and every time you need to ask what and how much it costs, it's inconvenient at all Do I want to return to this store yet, perhaps not. I will recommend it to my friends, definitely not.
