I would like to express my gratitude to Natalia Baranovskaya, designer of the Abc Furniture company, for her high professionalism and attentive attitude. Natalia took into account all our wishes, embodied the wildest ideas and helped create the kitchen that we dreamed of. Unfortunately, I can't say that about the kitchen assembly. The kitchen was assembled by assemblers Ilya and Pavel. During the assembly process: - the wallpaper was scratched, which had to be re-glued, fortunately there was an extra strip of wallpaper - they left chips and stains on the plasterboard ceiling (I had to paint the ceiling again) - we left chips on the facade of the kitchen, namely the place where the touch sensor is attached - gaps in the assembly of the shutters in the places where the bottom is adjacent to the facade - the slats over the dishwasher were not fixed - they did not clean up after themselves, i.e. there was garbage behind the lower cabinets, which by the time the kitchen was accepted were already covered with a raised panel and had to be vacuumed from above + there was personal garbage of the collectors, i.e. bottles, etc., which they did not remove. I want to note that they came with a vacuum cleaner! And anyway, in my opinion, the guys were in a hurry with the assembly, i.e. the kitchen was assembled in 2 days and in a hurry. And you could have spent 3 days and done everything carefully enough! Anatoly was engaged in the assembly of furniture in the bathrooms, he assembled the furniture in the bathrooms very carefully and attentively to the details — everything is installed beautifully, smoothly and without the slightest complaints. I was completely satisfied with the result. I recommend it! Total: + a designer who understands the client's wishes; all processes are well-established in the company: if something needs to be improved, specialists quickly arrive and fix everything. They meet their customers halfway. - poor-quality kitchen assembly - the guys came several times to fix the defects, we had to re-paint the ceiling and re-paste the wallpaper, which added stress after assembling the kitchen. Therefore, 4 stars because of the build;-) P.S. in fact, the kitchen is made by Montagna, a compact plate is compact.
