The shoe block deserves special attention, it is very comfortable. I have been wearing shoes of this brand for more than 5 years both in winter and summer, so we can safely say that the shoes are very good.

Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. Previously, I was satisfied with the quality and bought shoes only here. Recently I came across the fact that there is an error in the model initially, such shoes rub the heels strongly, which was not the case with more than one model before, at least for me. I managed to fix this error only after I walked 500 meters in them. After the pain, I brought it to the store with the hope of an exchange, but they refused me, arguing that the shoes were in use. I suggested sending complaints to the factory that they say this is a basic manufacturing error. But alas, the seller, referring to the legislation, did not make a refund. In my opinion, for such an expensive brand, it is not acceptable to leave it without a solution, which will lead to reputational costs. At least I will no longer buy shoes from them, and my opinion is that the quality of Ecco has become worse. Now it's like a lottery, maybe you're lucky, maybe you're not. And the loss of money is decent...
