It was a real performance! We became participants in the play. Before taking out the dish, the waiter told the story, they very nicely congratulated their friend on her birthday, which all the staff knew about, and they started congratulating her from the entrance! Customer orientation is at its height. Delicious!

I recently visited Birch Restaurant in Dubai, and it was just unforgettable! From the very moment I entered the establishment, I felt the atmosphere of comfort and style. Birch's service is top notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ready to answer all questions and offer recommendations on the menu. I felt a sincere desire to make my evening special, which added positive emotions to the overall impression. Now about the menu! It is varied and original, with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. I tried several dishes, and each of them was a real culinary masterpiece. I especially remember the steak — it was perfectly cooked, juicy and with a rich taste. I also can't help but mention the excellent seafood, which was fresh and very tasty. And desserts are a different story! I tried the chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce, which was a real discovery for my taste. The atmosphere at Birch Restaurant is simply mesmerizing. Soft light, pleasant music and cozy social areas create ideal conditions for a romantic dinner or a friendly meeting. I spent the evening with close friends, and we all agree that it was one of the best dinners we've ever had. In conclusion, I highly recommend Birch Restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy fine cuisine and excellent service in Dubai. This place has left me with only the most positive emotions, and I'm looking forward to coming back here again!

The best of Dubai's new restaurants🥰 everything is on top - the interior, the staff, and of course the food! We had dinner on the menu of Ala kart, I recommend you to try tataki and pasta bigoli (a masterpiece!!) As they say — highly recommend and must to visit!
