Despite the courteous service and pleasant impression of the store, I have to write an extremely negative review about the quality of the flowers.
On March 5, 2025, he purchased 7 roses for 85 rubles. I did everything according to the instructions: cut the stems, put them in fresh water, and maintained room temperature (about 20 °C). However, after 12 hours, the buds had completely sunk, the leaves had lost their elasticity, and the flowers had turned into a pitiful sight.
I learned from friends that this situation is not an isolated case. Apparently, the problem with the quality of the product is systematic, but people do not dare to demand a refund. It's a pity that I didn't save the receipt — I would have returned these roses back the very next day.
Bottom line: The service is excellent, but the product is disgusting. I do not recommend buying flowers here if you value your time, nerves and festive mood. The money was wasted.
