We bought tickets to the Etihad airport flight Moscow-Kuala Lumpur with a transfer to Abu Dhabi for November 2023. They were taken because there were short transit transfers, a maximum of 3 hours. But Etihad behaves like a cheap charter low-cost airline, has already changed the departure time twice, and most importantly, the transit transfer time to Abu Dhabi has increased to almost a DAY!!! On the hotline, they replied that they had problems, although they did not know exactly what they were))) On a fair request to organize a transit connection with waiting at the hotel, especially at night, they behaved like a cheap charter low-cost airline and refused to stay at the hotel. So it's not a very reliable carrier, to put it mildly.
