Very interesting and well done. The art and artifacts are labeled in Uzbek and English. There is a virtual app to download while there that works well for some, but not others. Still worth trying. History buffs will love it

Oh my God, this museum, which was built for a great leader like Amir Timur, turned out to be a huge disappointment for me. Unfortunately, there’s almost nothing in the museum. Many artifacts are missing. They’ve either put up poor replicas or faded photographs in their place. You won’t find any proper artifacts, and even if you do, there’s no explanation or description provided for them in the museum. As for the entrance fee, forget 50,000 sum—even 5,000 sum is too much for what’s offered here. I sincerely hope the Uzbek government takes better care of these historical treasures soon and demonstrates a more professional approach to museum curation. For now, I definitely think this place is not worth your time.

Beautiful. Full of informative pieces. The artwork was phenomenal, the artifacts were spectacular, and the tour guide was informative. Definitely would go again.

No clear guidance of where to start the walk through the exhibition. I would have preferred a normal audio guide over the new AR app. Museum can be crowded and loud on weekends.

I really liked the museum. In many ways, probably, thanks to the guide! The entrance ticket costs 40 thousand soums per person, payment to the guide was optional) but I spent so well - 100 thousand left) I liked everything: the interior, the exhibits, the furnishings

The Timurid History Museum is located near the hotel where she lived in Tashkent. It is a wonderful museum both architecturally and in terms of content. On the ground floor there is a portrait gallery and many paintings. On the second floor there is a gallery of graphics, layouts of attractions. There's a lot to watch. There were a lot of visitors, people come here from different cities of Uzbekistan to get acquainted with the history of the country. I really liked the museum.

A very beautiful, modern museum. The entrance ticket is 40,000 soums, the group tour is 50,000 more. The tour lasts 40 - 45 minutes. It is here that you need to start exploring Uzbekistan. The museum presents models of all the iconic and majestic buildings of the country, and the pedigree of the Amir Timur family is compiled in detail. The main exhibit of the collection is the eyebrows of Amir Timur (Tamerlane).

I've been there twice, and the impressions are positive. Special thanks to the guide for the interesting and informative life stories of the great Timur. It is located in the very center of the city in a new luxury museum building. There are a lot of tourists, government delegations regularly visit the expositions. Clean rooms, themed interior.

A very impressive museum! The building itself is amazing — the magnificent dome, marble, murals and a huge crystal chandelier create an atmosphere of grandeur. Inside, everything is made with love to detail, the exhibits are beautifully presented. I especially liked the miniatures, mock-ups of monuments and historical artifacts. I advise you to definitely take a guided tour — they tell fascinating stories and help you truly experience the era of Amir Temur and his legacy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Even if you are far from history, you can get real aesthetic pleasure here and better understand the culture and greatness of the Timurids. A must-visit in Tashkent! 🙌

A beautiful, pompous, large-scale museum-palace. There are originals that are 700-800 years old. The staff was polite, and the tour guide was enthusiastic about the tour. Be sure to take a guided tour, it's much more interesting this way.

The Amir Temur museum is a historical residence located in the center of Tashkent City and displays exhibits dedicated to the Great Sarkar Amir Temur and his Temurid dynasty. The museum building has a modern and aesthetic appearance, and in the Central Hall, ornate domes, mosaics and a beautifully lit interior immediately attract guests. Exhibits include artifacts related to Timur life, military campaigns, public administration, and the cultural achievements of his time, and most visitors find this historical information interesting. Many works are also understandable to foreign tourists due to their knowledge in English, but sometimes there are also thoughts that the labels will not be detailed enough. The exhibits located on two floors, even if the museum is smaller, can be viewed in about an hour. Some guests think it is satisfactory with a low-cost entrance fee and general information, while others think that a special additional excursion or additional explanation is needed. In general, this museum is a good place to create a general idea of Amir Temur and his ERA, and an interesting historical destination for tourists in Tashkent

A great museum, I advise you to book with a guided tour. It is a pity that many of the exhibits are copies kept in other museums. But there are also originals. There are gifts from presidents of other countries. The museum is made in the form of a palace.

A large, beautiful building in excellent condition. It is difficult to compare with large museums, the exposition is small but interesting. The guides tell everything very well. I recommend exploring everything on your own, and then as part of the tour.,

The guide was very humorous, it was clear that he liked his work, joked, presented interesting material, but very quickly. There is a very wide range of whether you are local or guests of the capital.. Based on this, a different attitude is manifested. In general, it's fine, I was in this museum as a child, I remember that the tour was longer.

It was very interesting to visit this museum and touch the history of the Uzbek people. The museum building is built in the national style. Inside it is spacious and decorated with paintings, frescoes and gold leaf. A copy of the ancient Quran is kept in the very center of the hall. It is clear that modern people respect their religion. Although there are many religions on earth, GOD is one for all people. "God, who created the world and all that is in it, as Lord of heaven and earth ... caused all nations to descend from one man and inhabit the earth..." (Acts 17:24,26)

It's a great museum. But the guide was in a bit of a hurry when submitting the material, probably due to the fact that the payment is only 25 thousand for one tour, which is very little for the whole group. I think the work should be paid adequately and then the guide will give his best and take his time.

A very interesting place, good service and attentive guides. Everything is very large-scale, the only drawback is that there are not enough original exhibits, much is located abroad. I would like to wish that the exhibits were returned to their homeland.

The new Museum of Tashkent. I was without a tour, I looked at the exhibits on my own. There are two floors of the museum's exposition, I think it's better to book a guided tour for the guests of the city. The cost of a ticket for tourists is different, but not significantly.
