We ordered light for the entire apartment on the recommendation of our designer. A young man, very attentive and professional, consulted in the salon, told about all the nuances of installation and technical characteristics, helped determine the choice. After arrival and selection, they asked the manager to write the terms and cost in the messenger. No one wrote anything. After the call the next day, the guy answered and said - there were a lot of people yesterday, today is her day off - wait. Service 0, customer relationship 0. An order of more than 10,000 goes to your competitors. Good luck developing your company with this service.

There is a twofold feeling: everything seems to be solid, a large supplier, but in the absence of the necessary model in stock, they will bring only a 30% prepayment, which, according to the managers, is non-refundable even if the product does not fit. According to the manager, "EVERYONE BUYS ONLINE! WHY WATCH!". I wrote about the non-refundable prepayment in MARCH. Let's see what they say.
