I came across a consultant who was not interested in selling as much as possible. For every question asked, "I don't know." When asked to try on shoes, the eyes go into the sunset. I really liked the boots. I came to pick them up on purpose. Regardless of the price. All desire to buy anything disappeared from such service. I will be looking for this model in another store.

I bought a suitcase for 309 rubles in July 2024. The suitcase went on a trip to Dubai, where it was treated very carefully and returned without a wheel. It is clear that the wheel is not torn out and fell out through no fault of mine. They refused to fix the wheel or make a refund. The dog inside the suitcase just stayed in my hand when I closed the empty suitcase... if you're willing to shell out $100 per suitcase for every trip, the Impala is the best choice.
