We had a family vacation in August, we booked easily, Apsuana is a very nice girl. Location 10 out of 10) we did not even expect that it was a 5-minute walk to the sea through a shady nature reserve! The house is nice, clean, the air conditioner works perfectly, water, light constantly. The kitchen has a powerful stove, large tables, and a barbecue area. There is a terrace in the house, you can dry clothes, the car was nearby. There weren't many houses, and there was enough for everyone. The territory is well maintained. There are shops, but we were too lazy to go, we went)))the beach is not crowded, the water is clean. And most importantly, you can have a dog!!! And without additional charges! The hostess is very responsive and all questions were solved in a second! We had a great rest, we regretted that we hadn't planned enough time. We decided to extend it, without any problems and even with a discount!It was the best vacation for us! Hello Zoya! Busia is also happy that she didn't stay at home)))😘

We had a family vacation here for the second time. Everything suits us-it's quite a pleasant place. You can bring your pets by prior arrangement.Eight separate guest houses with all amenities, terraces and refrigerators. There is also a separate kitchen-dining room equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, sink and fully equipped dishes. The rooms are no frills, but everything you need is there. All plumbing and air conditioning were working properly. To get to the beach, you need to walk 250 meters along a path in the shade of protected pine trees. The beach is wide, sparsely populated, and pebbly. The nearest shop and cafe are a 10-minute walk away towards the cypress alley. It's still a little further to the cypress tree + 7 minutes. There are no sidewalks along the street. Therefore, a walk to the center along the side of the street, along which locals rush like real horsemen at night, is not a pleasure for everyone. Otherwise, everything is ok. The sun! The clearest sea! A protected pine grove! What else do you need for relaxation and wellness!

We rested here 2 times. Everything was great: clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet. When we arrived this year, we were very surprised to see the construction site of a 9-storey hotel nearby. It's very noisy, of course everything is very audible in the wooden houses, dust is flying. We asked the maid for the opening hours, and they answered us from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Don't wait for silence. If you're driving and leaving, then M.B. will be uncritical to you. We are "pedestrians" and this is important to us. We decided that we would change the location to a quieter one. Thanks to Apsuana for returning the deposit.

We were on vacation at the end of June with a large family, stayed in Aquatica for 10 days. The houses are cozy, comfortable, and clean.There is everything you need.Calm, quiet, no city fuss, it was important to us) Many thanks to the maid Zoya, she is very responsive, attentive, and does her job 100%. For which I would like to thank her) The only inconvenience is the passage to the city along a busy highway, the Abkhazians fly like crazy, it's a bit fast, especially at night. But it is possible to bypass this road through the pine forest along the beach. And a separate request to the owners is to leave pets in Aquatics, namely a pregnant five-colored cat, she is very smart and sociable, if they could have taken the kittens with them, but alas... Your animals add extra color to your beautiful place) In general, thank you for your rest and hospitality, good luck to all, be healthy. Pysy: dolphins walk in the sea just next to the shore, it's like local pets, like cats and dogs) When they start hunting fish in front of you 50 meters away, it's an impressive sight, you can go just for that.🤩

We had a vacation with our family in August 2024. The room is spacious, clean, everything is very comfortable and cozy. There is a set of clean soft new towels for everyone, high-quality, new, snow-white bed linen. The territory has a great new and clean kitchen with everything you need. The beach is 3 minutes away through a coniferous forest. We were very satisfied with the rest. We will definitely come again.

We were here from 10.09 to 15.09. We lived in the 8th house. In general, the impressions are positive: a cozy well-groomed territory, quiet, calm, Parking next to the house, a shared open kitchen, a barbecue area, unobtrusive service, clean bed linen, a relatively clean house (in some places you can clean more carefully). But the impression was spoiled: a broken toilet lid, mold in the bathroom (on the curtain, on the walls), a broken watering can at the shower, stains on towels (it is clear that they are ingrained and do not wash off, towels are clean), it would be worth updating the microwave in the kitchen (rust inside), a warm floor is provided in the bathroom, but it all the houses do not work, the curtain in the bathroom also needs updating (all in mold). I don't know if this is provided by the service, but for 4 days, there was no change of towels, garbage removal.

I've been going there for the second year! I like. Shared kitchen, barbecue, 8 houses in total. Shower,Wi-Fi,toilet,washing machine,double bed,armchair,small refrigerator,TV, air conditioning. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea through the road and the grove. It's about 10 minutes to the store, though it's a long way... There is no sidewalk there. But the traffic is one-way. The market is 25_30 minutes away. The cafe is 15 minutes away . Quiet, calm down! It's time to take a break from people. The beach is pebbly (shoes are needed) clean, few people. There are a couple of umbrellas.

We love September! Rested in 2022 and 2023. The sea is across the road through the reserve in 3 minutes. There are few vacationers on the beach. The sea is clear. Dolphins every day. And what sunsets! And the dawns were met on the veranda of the cottage!

We are artists and car travelers, we love beautiful places. We really like the Aquaktika Guest House. The houses are located in a quiet area of Pitsunda, sea, forest, beautiful mountain views, clean air. The hostess of the guest house and the staff sincerely take care of the guests. Everything is new: houses, furniture, underfloor heating in the toilet with shower. The houses are separate and therefore the neighbors are not heard. The beds are wide and have a double mattress, which is very comfortable for the back. A beautiful terrace with a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything for cooking different dishes. Each house has a large private terrace with a refrigerator, table and chairs, which I especially like. We stayed several times at Aquactica and always for a long time for 4 weeks and plan to go to Aquactica next year with a group of students. The place itself is very beautiful, boxwood grove, pine forest along the sea, secluded beach. Nature, like in northern Italy and southern France, is even better, there are not many tourists. I have been looking for such a place for a long time on the entire Black Sea coast and found it. I thank the universe that there is such a place!

Excellent guest houses, booked in advance on booking, A family of 3 people. The room had a TV, a hair dryer, 2 bedside tables, 2 double beds and 1 single bed, a table. There is a table, 3 chairs and a refrigerator on the veranda. There is a shared large kitchen, next to the barbecue area, it was very clean and everything was in its place, The hostess has a washing machine next to her house, you can use it for 100 rubles for washing. The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very pleasant. The beach is huge, there are few people on it. The sea is clear, but there are large pebbles (we immediately bought swimming slippers after the first day). We even saw dolphins once. There is a small minus, this is the road to the shops, the center, it is busy and the path is narrow, you need to walk very carefully. (Because we were in our own car, so a small minus). If we went to Pitsunda again, I would definitely choose this place. Thank you very much to the hostess for the reception!!!

A great place to relax by the sea! The sea, by the way, is a 2-minute walk away (wild beach, no sunbeds, very few people). Separate houses, only 8 on the plot, a shared kitchen, a nice woman who looks after all this. The cabins have everything you need! All that's missing is a shelf in the shower where to put the shampoo. It is also a little confusing that there is no separate parking and cars are parked right next to the houses. It would be even cooler without cars! The nearest store is a 15-minute walk along the highway. It may seem a little far to someone, but more steps per day)))

I am very glad that we found this place. It's just an oasis of style, comfort, and order among the guest houses of Abkhazia! The bathroom has underfloor heating. The shared kitchen is very stylish and comfortable, bright and spacious. Everything is thought out and convenient. The location is just what you need - a short distance from the busy center. The beach through the grove is clean. And what sunsets are here! P.S. yes, and the bed linen is excellent, towels too. The rooms have a folding armchair-bed, on which you sleep surprisingly well - a moderately firm mattress. And a shelf appeared in the shower.
