A terrible hotel, from which for the first time in my life I had to ask to move out after the first night. All the photos in the previous reviews are real. Torn towels, a shower head plastered with construction foam, wildly dusty rooms in which the air conditioners were never cleaned and curtains and tulle were not washed, pillows like a piece of a log. They refused to refund the money for this nightmare.

The hotel does not look like a 4-star hotel in any way!We lived in a 3-bed room from 11-10.10.24.Three , that 's his red price !The breakfasts are meager, there is not even a banal fried egg, occasionally there was not even drinking water at breakfast!The room has no balcony , there is nowhere to dry the linen , the towels are torn , sometimes they just forgot to put them down .The sofa cushions are so dirty, to the point of disgust.The reception staff is unfriendly.The shower head is not mobile, it is not possible to wash your head separately from taking a shower.The watering can is wrapped with paper tape.Everything in the room needs repair, dirty pillows, a small closet.The room is for 3 people, and there is not a single bedside table for storing personal belongings.The noise of the street does not let you sleep.You can live here in transit for only 1-2 days, no more.I do not recommend it at all!

Terrible service with a crazy receptionist who worked on the evening of May 27, 2022. I was sick, I had a high fever and I invited a doctor for literally 15 minutes, but a crazy receptionist started chasing me and demanding that I pay for this doctor's accommodation. It's just complete nonsense. She threatened to call the police. This is an absolute disrespect to the guest. I am completely disappointed and will go to court.

There is just an ugly staff at the reception!! The temperature is 39.3. There is no FIRST AID KIT AND DOCTOR in the hotel AT ALL! Be prepared for the fact that if you lie down to die, your feet will just be wiped off! They asked to call a doctor - somehow they understood in English! They charged 200 euros for the doctor. They abandoned him! They called the doctor on their own. They did not want to let the girl into the room (it was necessary to put an IV). They shouted, threatened the police, broke into the room! I let 5 people into the room to make sure that I really called the doctor, showed them an IV, a thermometer with a temperature! This woman from the reception is yelling at me that I have no right to invite a DOCTOR to MY PAID ROOM! Sorry. So you hire staff at the hotel, what should a tourist who has a temperature below 40 do??? To die?? And train the staff to be polite! This is a total mess! I'm going to file a police report on this rude woman. The woman is clearly offended by life. I'll take a photo of her tomorrow and post it in the booking review. Watch out for the evil dog!!!!!! I do not recommend the hotel. Cockroaches were also spotted on the 1st floor. 4 stars? Yes, you don't even pull 2.
