A very unpleasant experience with the Xiaomi store in the Green shopping center on Kamennaya Gorka (Minsk)**. On February 15, 2026, we bought a phone here. After a couple of weeks ** the screen stopped working , it just went out**. We brought the phone back to the store. The staff said they would send the device to a service center for a factory defect check and that it would take **about 4 days**. Later, when the service center contacted us, it turned out that the diagnosis could take ** up to 14 days**. Separately, I would like to note the difference in communication. **The service center communicated correctly and politely**, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the store's employees. In the store, the staff ** allowed themselves to switch to "you", talked rudely and were openly rude** to any attempts to calmly discuss the situation and possible solutions. There were also questions about the design: **the phone acceptance certificate was filled out with errors**, and the receipt was taken from us** upon receiving the device**. Important: there are no complaints about the Xiaomi technology itself ** marriage can happen from any manufacturer**. But the way the store behaves in such a situation is very disappointing. Buying equipment is not only a product, but also a service. Unfortunately, there are big problems with the service in this store.
