We made an order through the application (4 shawarma), arrived 20 minutes later at Frolikova, the staff stood outside and smoked, to the question "is the order ready" they replied that "the order has just arrived, wait"
After 15 minutes they still took the order. But when we started eating, we realized that the shawarma was cold, mine personally was sour (curry), but the biggest disappointment came when we realized that there was no additive (mushrooms) in two shawarma, for which we paid separately. The mood is spoiled, we did not get any satisfaction from the food. I ask you to understand the situation, have a conversation with employees and give feedback on the work done.
