We stayed for 1 night due to a long transfer, a great place for a short stay. There is a bus stop nearby, it is convenient to get from terminal 2. There is a free shuttle service to other terminals according to the schedule. Nearby is the metro station of the green line, 8 minutes on foot. Check-in is fast, the staff is polite. The room is not perfectly new, but also not too tired to get upset, the plumbing was all working, the linen and towels were fresh, the air conditioner perfectly adjusts to the desired mode and temperature, turns off if necessary (I read in the reviews that it cannot be adjusted/ turned off). The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry, the breakfasts even exceeded our expectations from the 3-star hotel, and they are delicious, and there is plenty to choose from. For short-term stays, it is an excellent choice, we will stop if necessary next time.

A clean hotel. Polite staff. The windows don't open, it's not critical, but sometimes I would like to breathe the stuffy air. They clean every day. Water, tea, coffee. Everything is fine, but I could smell the feathers from the pillow) although the pillows are very comfortable. In general, it's cozy and clean.

Breakfasts for 4 , dinners for five plus ( you can eat until 22:30) , the room is clean , the beds are comfortable . The pool is cold, constantly in the shade and open until 19 :00 / you can't take towels with you. You go to the room without a towel ( you have to drag your own from the room ) there's nowhere to go - take a walk in the evening / we took a taxi 30-50 dirhams to the beach 8 km away. Transfer from the hotel only to Deira City Center shopping mall at 12:30 one way. The metro station is within walking distance of 800 meters/ went in the middle of December water plus 24 somewhere / on the street 24-27 /

A great hotel, the photo corresponds to reality. I would give this hotel not 3 but 5 stars. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaner won us over, always greets, smiles, asked himself "whether to clean up at your place", well, and always gave water at our request. They also gave toothbrushes and three small tubes of paste. Number. Everything is clean, fresh linen, a huge bed. Of the minuses, there were three of us and for the third person there was a folding uncomfortable sofa, every time you knock on the handrails. Due to the fact that the air conditioner was constantly working (you can't turn it off, it adjusts the temperature itself) it was cold in the room and damp, things did not dry out, the windows did not open. Our meals were "breakfast only". There was a lot of food for breakfast, from breakfast they took for lunch. In the evening we ate in cafes. The metro is within walking distance (7-10 minutes), there is a bus stop nearby. It takes literally 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. In general, we were delighted with the hotel, the pros covered all the cons.

I really liked the hotel. The family room is a great price-quality match.Two full-fledged adjacent rooms. By location - it's convenient by car, I don't know on my own, but right at the hotel there are bus stops and it says that the metro is nearby. Clean, cozy, the breakfasts were not hungry. The only thing is, they didn't find toothbrushes, but we had our own, so they didn't ask.

Previously, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Tashkent. I really liked it there. I was counting on the same comfort and service in Dubai. However, the reality did not justify the hopes. I especially didn't like the poor breakfast. This is essentially an inn for Dubai airport transit travelers. It will do for 1-2 nights. For some reason, there is no transfer to terminal 2, although there is a shuttle service to the 1st and 3rd.

Hello everyone, I'm resting here now. The rooms are gorgeous, ocean view, cleaned every day, very good. The food is delicious and a lot. I met the guys from Redisson. When you leave the hotel on the right, you can just take a walk, Ramil's excursions are cheaper. They have a normal market. I took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, a trip to the open sea, the guide Natalia Umnichka. The guides of our hotel have more expensive prices. I recommend the hotel, I will come again.

The best of the best hotels in Dubai! The hotel is new, but the staff is already very professional and friendly. Amazing food. You can safely order 3 meals a day. The food is very diverse. With this type of food, you can eat by the pool. The pool is nice, big. The rooms are comfortable, very modern. There is a bus to the beach, although at the moment they take it back very late, around 16:30, but at least it's good to go there for free at 9:30, and Mamzar beach is a 10-minute taxi ride away. The location is good, exchangers, pharmacies and most importantly the green line of the Dubai airport freezone metro is 5 minutes walk away. You feel at home, even if you don't leave at all)

Good afternoon! We were there in March 2019 for 8 days. The hotel itself is 5 stars! Meals are served 2 times a day according to the buffet breakfast and dinner system, but if desired, dinner can be moved to lunch (they feed well). The service is at the highest level! Almost always there are Russian-speaking administrators at the reception desk who will help you at any moment! The furniture is all new the hotel was launched in 2018! There is a metro station nearby!

A very shabby hotel - the refrigerator and TV did not work in the room, the plumbing was patched. The food is mediocre. Nobody speaks Russian, they think they speak English. The numbers are small, don't get fooled by the photos through the 'right' lens. It does not compare with the Russian regional Hamptons. From the pros: in the courtyard there is a large swimming pool with a lifeguard, 10 minutes walk to the metro, near a supermarket (without alcohol).

Bad hotel!!! We settled in on November 29, 2025, and everything was fine. On 12/03/2025, the number was blocked and payment was demanded, allegedly because the number had not been paid. They kept me at the reception for 2 hours. Then, after a showdown with our guide, the room was unblocked. On 12/04/2025, information came from our guide that everything had been resolved and there would be no problems. But we were happy early, Arriving from the tour at 22:00, they blocked our room again and demanded payment. Again without the facilities at the reception!!!WE WROTE TO OUR GUIDE. And AFTER 2 HOURS, our number was unblocked. The hotel employee, when unblocking the room, wrote to us that the payment was made in November and, looking at the floor, apologized. We did not receive any compensation for the hassle. Don't come to this hotel, they might do the SAME to you!!!
