Excellent hotel: located close to the metro station, attentive, helpful staff, cleanliness and housekeeping, hearty and varied breakfasts, two swimming pools in the morning and evening, free shuttles to the beach, shopping centers. Disadvantages: there are no Russian TV channels, drinking water is supplied to the room upon request.

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of DXB airport, by taxi about 30AED.
A very convenient location if you need to spend the night for a day or two when transferring, or, as in my case, to attend a conference at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre.
The room is not bad in size, but tired, with stains on the palace, a slightly cooling refrigerator and peeling furniture in places.
Breakfasts are also not for 5 *, although they can cook an omelet, but something is constantly in short supply.
There is nothing particularly interesting around the hotel, a couple of shops and an Indian restaurant (quite good).
Conveniently, the metro is also a 10-minute walk away.

We were with a child in February 2024. The hotel is close to the airport. The area is quite calm (near the school, hospital). GIGICO Metro Station is 10 minutes away. There are 2 supermarkets nearby for sure - one across the street, the other closer to the subway. There are also a couple of cafes nearby. As for the hotel itself, the staff is amazing, especially at the reception and in the rooftop cafe. Just smart guys! In the main restaurant, everyone is more restrained for some reason) By the way, they wrote that the rooftop pool does not work - now it works) There is a cafe and a view of the city (an overview of almost 360°) A very tasty milkshake, cola is served small (less than 0.33), shawarma is spicy but tasty with a portion of French fries and vegetables👍🏻 Both pools are heated.
Room: yes, maybe not new with yesterday's renovation, but! Very cozy and stylish. Everything was necessary. There was a review here that the slippers were not brought or something like that - on our first evening, the reception called asking if everything was OK) I asked for a second set of slippers and a towel - they brought it in 10 minutes. As for food, we only took breakfast. The usual dishes of any hotel breakfast. There is a choice - you will not go hungry. The assortment is changing. It is better to come before 10) There is a transfer to the sea. It takes almost half an hour to drive, La Mer beach, it is not as lively and modern as JBR, due to the fact that it is not in season - almost all establishments were closed, which was a little disheartening, the beach itself is also not perfectly clean, but to come as we "wet our feet" is quite for ourselves. The color of the sea is simply divine 🩵
I can say that the impressions about the hotel are the best. We will be happy to return to this hotel again!!! ❤️

Great hotel...a convenient place in the city...your own pool and shuttles to the city in the right tourist places...there are many pedestrian areas around...restaurants for dinner...you can walk and breathe without a taxi. Rating 5

I lived there for half a year, and almost died. The service is normal, cleaning 3 times a week, but the food is just disgusting and overpriced. The only advantage is the location of the hotel near the metro and the washing machine in the room. You can also replace the interior, but it always made no difference to me. It is also worth noting that there are no normal shops within walking distance, there are 2 small shops where everything is sold in three expensive and one pier where you need to go for 20 minutes. And finally, at the entrance, the tile is uneven, I stumbled, fell and injured myself, although I was quickly treated for the wound, but the tile was never repaired, I saw more people who stumbled in the same place. I didn't like it as much as possible, to be honest...

We stayed at this hotel in April 2023. We were very satisfied. Excellent rooms, good cuisine, despite the Indian bias. A cozy courtyard with a swimming pool. Good location near the airport. The metro station is within walking distance. It is suitable for those who rent a car, because it takes a long time to travel by public transport from the hotel to the center of Dubai.

We were in Ramadan, so the cost was interesting. A fresh hotel, an excellent fitness room, a good swimming pool. In the rooms, the designers overdid it. Transfer to the airport every hour. Transfer to La Mer beach 2 times a day, but for me the inconvenient time of the morning transfer is 10.15, you arrive in the sun, I would like earlier. If breakfast is included, it will go, but it is not worth paying extra for it. At the entrance and at the restaurant delicious tea and dates. A really normal fitness room for a hotel.

A good hotel for your money.
Clean modern room, beautiful lobby.
Decent breakfasts, simpler dinners.
There is a metro stop around the corner. To Burj Khalifa there and back 18 dirhams (direct branch, half an hour).
By taxi to Burj Khalifa 35 dirhams (20 minutes).
A beautiful pool, but fenced with buildings on all sides, so the sun is there from 12:00 to 14:30 approximately.
There is one pool in the hotel, there was another on the roof, but it no longer works.
There is a transfer to La Mer beach twice a day there and twice back to the hotel. Is free. And also a shuttle every hour to the airport.
Regarding the service - the previous reviews are true. If something needs to be brought to the room, then, alas, it is unrealistic to be interrogated. I waited for the robe until night, called every 15 minutes at the reception. Uselessly.
There is coffee/tea in the room, water was brought every day. Shampoo, conditioner and cream were also in the room.
In general, if cheap accommodation comes out, then I advise the hotel.

Terrible service, disgusting food, don't be fooled by the photos, I don't recommend this hotel. There are no slippers in the room, a dental kit, it was dusty, there were two of us - they put 1 towel or 2 in the room, we had breakfast and an early flight included, the day before departure they asked us to make breakfast with them, at first they refused, and then they agreed that they would do everything, as a result, when checking out at our reception there was no breakfast and we were given first for 1 person, the service is terrible

In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is clean and fresh, but we had a reservation for 4, i.e. four full-fledged places, and in the end we slept three on one bed and brought 1 single. Towels were left for 2 and generally everything for two, although there were four of them. The breakfasts are not bad, but they are a little meager for a five, dinner is all with spices and spicy, I hardly found what to eat
The staff is friendly and polite, but no one speaks Russian
It is far from the sea 20 minutes by transfer and only 2 times there and 2 back - it is not very convenient
Plus - the metro is nearby

The rooms themselves are normal, but the workers at the reception desk are real saboteurs. We arrived at 2 p.m., saw queues at the reception desk, while at the peak of the 3 counters, one was working, people were not settled. Moreover, the employees were openly rude, they advised me to take a walk until the evening, at 15 o'clock in the afternoon, when I should have already rested in the room. To my question - can I wait in the pool - the employee made a theatrically amazing face and said - you haven't registered at the hotel yet, after which my patience ran out, and I made, apparently, such eyes that a Bollywood fan at the reception desk immediately asked the guard to escort me to the pool. By the evening, we were still given the keys to the room, there are no questions to the room itself, there are questions to the hotel manager, who allowed these strange citizens to work with guests in an international transit hotel.

I read about the slow service at the reception, - in our case, everything is at the highest level! We arrived at 2 a.m., we did not look for a shuttle, a taxi 30 dirhams and after 5 minutes. we were at the hotel. The registration took another 5 minutes. The room is quite good. The beds are very comfortable. Yes, the furniture has scuffs, but for us it is not critical. Near the metro. Back on the free shuttle,-convenient. The overall impression for transit is very good.

I didn't like it! We lived in apartments, cleaned 2 times a week (by agreement) and then had to be reminded. In the morning you call the reception, ask for cleaning, come in the evening, and everything is the same as it was. Towels were knocked out, as they gave 2 for 4 people, coffee capsules, which were put free of charge, for some reason began to be brought for money, this also had to be dealt with. The shuttle to the sea leaves 5 minutes earlier than the stated time. Therefore, either warn in advance that you are going, or leave 10-15 minutes earlier, so that for sure…Towels in the pool instead of powder smell of wet mustiness. In short, of the 4 hotels where we stayed for work, this is the most terrible! For recreation, I do not recommend it at all, since there is nothing nearby except an industrial zone.

The hotel is located far enough from Terminal 1. It is possible to walk only without luggage, overcoming ground crossings, through the motorway!
New building, slow staff. The room has everything you need, however, only one set of towels is available. Good sleep quality, strange interior design. The washbasins are located at the head of the bed. It looks like an overnight stay after a flight.
