Terrible shopping experience at Beltelecom Shop (Gomel, Mandarin Plaza) I would like to warn everyone who plans to buy equipment in this store: do not do this if you value your time and nerves. Our story is a classic example of complete disorder and indifference on the part of employees. We ordered a laptop (Tecno Megabook T1 (T15DA) 16GB/512GB (R7-5800U)). The order was originally placed in Gomel (15.01.26), as there was no non-vintage sample in the store, we were offered to order a new sealed version from Dobrusha.At first, they confirmed to us that everything was in order, they promised delivery on Monday or Tuesday (19-20.01.26). No one called back, as agreed. On Tuesday (01/20/26) we arrived by ourselves — there is no laptop, they said to wait a little longer. On Thursday (22.01.26), another visit to the store, and then it turns out that the order is not listed in the system at all! The employee offered to arrange everything anew, promising that on Monday (01.26.26) the goods will definitely be available, this time they will be ordered from Kalinkovichi, since they are already out of stock in Dobrusha. Imagine our surprise when on Monday (26.01.26) we were told again that the laptop had not arrived and the order had not been found. With a straight face, we were offered to place an order a third time, adding that "it's not a fact that he will arrive at all." And that's not all. The attitude of the staff is simply amazing: absolutely non-caring, without a shadow of embarrassment or a desire to help. It seems that the customers here are an unnecessary nuisance. As a result, we were left without a laptop, spent a lot of time and got a lot of stress. I do not recommend contacting this store if it is important for you to get what you pay for without unnecessary headaches. It is a pity that a company with such a name works so unprofessionally.

Today, my husband and I went to the store just to find out about wireless TV. Very polite and professional sellers. Thank you very much to Vladimir and his partner (sorry, I didn't remember his name) for the consultation. As a result, we took the TV in installments, the guys set everything up for us, upon arrival home we only connected it to WiFi and everything works. Thank you. We will recommend it to our friends. I would like to have such professionals working in all stores.
