I chose the second option. As a result, when the bill was brought, all these small desserts were included in the bill, for the price of full-size ones, although they were really small. OK, they didn't argue, maybe my English let me down. We give the cache to the waiter and he starts begging for a service that is not included in the bill. We said that we would think about it and that in general in Russia it is not customary to tip in front of a waiter and even more so to beg for them. He started swearing at us, explaining that this is such a lifestyle, and everywhere it is customary to leave a tip of 10-20%. We left without leaving anything, apparently begging for them is also part of his lifestyle. A terrible impression, we do not recommend this place.
