We have been staying at this hotel since October 22nd. The hostess and her son, the maid, and even the Indians are very friendly, although they do not speak Russian, but it is quite possible to explain themselves in separate English words! Very good breakfasts, the hostess cooks porridge herself, like at home, bakes cookies, pizza and other goodies herself. The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the city! We had a premium room with a balcony, where it is very pleasant to sit with a glass of wine, coffee or tea. The room has a kettle with a set of tea, coffee, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, which even freezes ice, although small. You can order good boiled coffee, tea, and food at any time. They will always help with calling a taxi, since Russians without the Internet cannot download the Taxi Bolt application, they ask for a local phone number. Probably the only disadvantage of this hotel is the large staircase to the second floor, which is not particularly comfortable to climb and descend with things. And of course it's a little noisy to live in the city center! The peculiarity of Azerbaijanis is that drivers constantly honk their horns and drive in a very specific way, as it is convenient for them. If we come back to Baku, now there are no big hotels, only a small private one. Moreover, the owners have plans to expand the hotel, possibly buying 1 floor, it would be great. In short, a boutique hotel of prosperity and expansion!!! Well done, Nurana, Faraj and Kamala!!!!

Failure. I already stayed at this hotel a year ago, everything was ok. But this time it's a complete disaster that cannot be described. We arrived tired from the airport, at the reception they are busy with registration for a long time. Suddenly they say your room is broken, we can't check you in, there are no other rooms available. They offer their apartment rented elsewhere at a discount. We don't have any options, we're tired. They agreed. They take us there by taxi. The apartment is in an old house, the entrance stinks. The apartment itself was not ready to move in, and the conditions were not the same: there was no water, no shampoo, some kind of laundry was drying on the balcony. There is no hot water in the bathtub, scary old towels. Horror. Then we were tortured with paying for this apartment, the owner also managed to yell at me into the phone, although this is completely their failure. In the evening, their employee came with a terminal so that we could pay for the apartment with a card and explained that they had lied to us during the day. The number was not broken. Our room was extended by another guest, and they just forgot about our reservation. It's a nightmare. Ruined vacation, nerves, etc.
