I really appreciate the wonderful Japanese cuisine that this service offers, but unfortunately, I am faced with an unorganized and unfair order processing system. At some stage, I suddenly found myself on the blacklist due to an allegedly unpaid order that was actually paid for. I was blocked without any warning or explanation. To my surprise, the service continued to accept my orders through the website, but did not fulfill them, although the status was listed as "In progress". When trying to figure out the situation, I received no apologies or suggestions for correction, and I was not even contacted again, despite my requests. The only suggestion from the administrator was that I pay for the order again and wait, it's not clear if my lock will be lifted. I was very disappointed with this experience, and I sincerely hope that in the future the service will try to eliminate these shortcomings and improve the quality of customer service.
