We checked in, the rooms are comfortable, the mattresses are comfortable, and we slept well. There's a nice young man at the reception. It is possible to pay from a Russian card to an Uzbek card via VTB without commission. The area is calm, surrounded by embassies of foreign countries, security. A grocery chain store is within walking distance, and the range is wide. Walking distance to the center of 30-40 min. You can take a quiet walk in the evening. The repair is somewhat tired, but the price matches the quality. I recommend it!

A three-star hotel. The staff is friendly and sociable. They speak Russian. I liked the beds. Mine was stiff, as were the pillows. But I was really into it. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is located right in the center. Everything is basically within walking distance. The metro is a 5-minute walk away.Of the cons: not all rooms have a hairdryer, and the staff cleans the rooms with a rotten cloth.They don't feed you here. Therefore, either take it with you, or stomp to the nearest places where you can have lunch.

Don't rent a place here! Terrible housing for a lot of money. 1. The first and most unpleasant thing is dirty and COCKROACHES. We ran into them the first night when we wanted to put the kettle on. Cockroaches were just running around the table. 2. In the morning we wanted to collect the money for the remaining day and move out, to which the young man at the reception offered another room. 3. In another room, a cockroach was also lying on the toilet floor. 4. The room itself is very tired, the wallpaper is stripped, the floor is rotten and all this is not for a small price. 5. It's as dark as a crypt. 6. The cherry on the cake is the man at the reception. When I asked for a discount for all this, he made it clear to us that our move to another room was already a broad gesture on their part and, in general, behaved very impudently and ugly. He threw me 100,000 som as compensation and did not listen to me.

When we sat down, we found that there was no hot water and the bathtub was flowing like hell, flooding the entire floor. The epic began with a change of room, at first we were offered to check in for the night in one, then in another. We barely agreed that we don't want to move every day. We checked in in the evening. If we had stayed longer than two days and I was without my mom, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel. There were also problems with water in the new room. She could have just stopped running. All of it. So you've lathered your hands and hello. It's a good thing we didn't hit it like that when we were washing. The water was turned off in this way more than once. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms raise questions. Especially the towels. They even have an advertisement "guests, make sure that the towels do not turn black, otherwise you will pay a fine." At first we didn't understand how towels can turn black. But after wiping my hands with one, I saw that the spots were coming out (see photo). After that, we did not use their towels, since we had our own with us. The kettle inside was mildewed. The walls are scuffed and beaten in places, the lamps have no sockets, the windows barely close. And there is also an announcement in the room that they are not responsible for things left in the room. In general, I would not trust good reviews, it feels like they write them themselves.

Pros - Quiet location, near the store. The room is clean. There is a cooler with water. The cons are oak beds, but this is a common problem in Uzbekistan. There is no curtain in the bathroom, everything is pouring on the floor. We messed up with registration, for some reason we did it for one day, although I stayed for 7, in the end I couldn't immediately issue a bank card, I lost time.

A good hotel in the central part of the city for little money. The hotel is at home, hence some flaws. The staff is friendly and helpful, they try to correct any remark and fulfill wishes. The hotel is new with excellent renovation and spacious rooms. The room has new furniture, good plumbing, TV with Russian channels, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are provided upon request. The pillows are hard, contact the reception and they will give you soft ones. Slippers in the room are many times, which is not hygienic, contact the reception you will be given disposable ones. There are not enough sockets in the room, but you will be given extension cords. The water in the room in a large bottle is chlorinated, unpleasant to the taste. But you will be given good water in small bottles. Breakfast is cooked at home, delicious, not in large quantities, but there is enough for everyone. Instant coffee is not very good, it would not be bad to install a coffee machine. The room is cleaned if you hang a sign. Cleaned daily with a towel change. The room is clean and beautiful. There are shops nearby, within walking distance. I really liked the hotel. I recommend it!

Considering that all recent reviews rate the hotel at 1, and the rating is 4.2, there is no doubt that high ratings without reviews are not the work of hotel visitors. My low score is primarily due to the staff. The hotel has no stars, I don't know why they are listed here. This is a cottage in a nice, central area of individual development. Three floors, eight rooms. We were settled on the 3rd, attic floor. The furniture is normal, with a claim to originality. The mattress is also nice and clean. Air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. That's where the positive ends. We had used towels in the closet, but there were no clean ones, the cleaning was very formal. On a slippery mattress there is a smaller sheet, which, if you lie down, gathers in a pile, and you just lie on the mattress. A cottage in an artificial, very cheap, palace from the 90s, which is electrified, is unpleasant to step on. At the same time, shoes should be taken off on the street. The sanitation is complete. Such a palace can be cleaned with a very powerful vacuum cleaner, which is not done, therefore dust, debris, crumbs. There is a huge problem with hot water, exactly on the entire third floor, on the second, in the room where the water heater is located -the smell of gas, so it is turned off, on the first floor, with us, the ceiling leaked. In total, we quietly cross out five of the eight rooms. The administrator Azamat is a mythical character, he sleeps, he washes (he finds hot water somewhere) When he doesn't sleep or wash, he can't solve anything, and he doesn't try.And at the same time, he absolutely does not know how to communicate. A day in such conditions was an incessant nightmare, we moved to another hotel, for the same price, in the same area, a super hotel, Art line. Next, we receive a message from Booking, asking us to answer why we did not check in. That is, Azamat showed his wit here, and it turns out that he knows how to act, wrote that the reservation was not made. And they don't have to pay the commission, and we are fined, such a ridiculous, childish naivety. In general, uncleanliness in everything. It's a pity for the owners, the rooms are not bad. The staff needs to be changed. If there is a choice, it is better to forget this hotel, nerves are more expensive.
