Pretty clean and decent hospital but the lack of taking vitals and the fact that there was no one at the foreigner help desk when I came in is really sad. Staff in general are helpful but no doctors even passed by to check up on anyone in the emergency room for over an hour.. nurses are over worked though and looked very tired god bless them.

It's just a magical place! Clean, modern, good doctors, professional equipment. I came on a tour trip to Tashkent for a few days. Pregnancy is 16 weeks old. I've been working up a tonus in the heat. I thought I would not be accepted anywhere, everywhere there is an appointment in private clinics, and queues in public ones. But in the end, the ultrasound and the appointment of a specialist took about 40 minutes. Everything is fast, there are air conditioners everywhere, the doctors are attentive and sympathetic, very humane. Everything was explained slowly, in detail, and all questions were answered. It's just a miracle. And the prices compared to Moscow are simply more than pleasant.

We have already written here about the MRI service. Everything is very bad (They called on the phone and tried to make an appointment, they said "live queue". We arrived at the clinic and I was the first on a first-come, first-served basis, but people started coming and calling them before me. I went to the reception, listened to the call, it turned out that there was still a recording, but we were misinformed on the phone. The lab technician in the MRI room is just rude, the call center is unprofessional. The only one who did a great job was the patient manager, and she tried to smooth it out somehow. I don't recommend coming here for an MRI scan, at least.

Hello!!!! On 10/30/2025, I went to the ShoxMed clinic near the airport with severe back pain, and I had an MRI scan. An MRI scan showed a hernia, and they recommended a neurologist at this hospital, if I'm not mistaken, Gulnoz Ergashev, office 117 on the ground floor. Due to severe pain, I paid 320,000 soums for the appointment. She prescribed 4 medications and gave me a brief verbal recommendation to walk and swim a lot. She didn't even take my blood pressure. Patients do not go for an oral recommendation for 320,000 soums, and they treat patients with arrogance. If I had known, I would never have gone to such a doctor. It's unfair that patients pay so much money to get to such a doctor. I don't have a personal grudge, I just wanted others to know about it in advance. I took a screenshot of what I wrote.
