Overall it is very cozy, clean and pleasant. The standard rooms are small, of course, but I repeat it's cozy. There is no sound insulation🙈 you can hear everything from the street and everything is very audible from the restaurant in the evening too🤯 but at 00.00 everything quiets down and you can already sleep peacefully

For those who do not like noisy holidays, this is not the most suitable place :) There's a nightclub behind the wall. The music is playing very loud until 1:00 :) the hotel itself is amazing, excellent service, excellent cuisine. The administrator is+/_ Russian-speaking :)

A good place, friendly staff, it's just a pity that the breakfasts are monotonous and the noise is constant around. If you want to get enough sleep, you won't be able to, because there are clubs and cafes nearby.

The hotel can give the impression of normal, the rooms are nice, clean, the pool is in the courtyard, the price is low. But at 11 o'clock, music starts playing in the club outside the window 1 meter away and instead of sleeping, the horror begins, the windows shake, the wife can be heard if only shouting, by one o'clock after a lot of treatment everything stopped and it turned out to sleep a little, at 6 in the morning the Turks began to walk under the window and clean the bottles..in general, if you are not going to this club before closing, then it is unlikely that you will be able to relax here

The hotel is very good, the staff always came to the rescue, it is located in the center of the old town, there is a restaurant inside, a fairly comfortable bed and a beautiful hotel area. A large and quite delicious breakfast.
The hotel is located near the sea and the beach of Mermerli (admission 30 lira per person). The pool is purely decorative, it is better not to count on it.
Of the cons: the hot water in the shower may run out late at night. There are minor flaws on furniture and textiles (a hole in the tulle).
Live music is played in the restaurant until 10 pm, and in general the Kaleici area is quite noisy and party-go- take this into account when choosing a hotel.

I really liked the hotel. We were there in August 2021. Nice to meet you, the room is cozy and clean. The location is convenient, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is polite. We stayed there for only one night and were pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere. In the evening, a Turkish singer sang, very atmospheric.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2019. They were very hospitably received. They helped carry the suitcases to the room, showed where and what is in the room. Since the trip was timed to coincide with the anniversary of his wife, they helped with the delivery of a bouquet, taking into account the wishes of the color of the flowers. The next day, a compliment was paid in the room, the bed was decorated with flowers.
The attitude of the staff is extremely friendly. Although the breakfast was not very varied, it was quite satisfying, sufficient for 10 days of rest. The location of the hotel is wonderful, in Kaleici, the old town. The place is historic with many attractions and charming little streets. Very close to public transport, which is convenient to use in the city. Because in April the bathing season was not open, the lack of a beach did not bother. Price - quality is 5. Advice for those who go to hotels located in Kaleichi. To avoid disappointment, see the location of the hotel and accommodation conditions in advance. There are no beaches in the old town area, but there are wonderful parks and a promenade in the port.
As a result, I can say that if you want to walk, have fun, relax, choose this hotel.

I really liked the location, although there is a small and paid beach nearby, and this is a huge minus.
An unusual small hotel with a small pool. Although the hotel is small, it cannot be called cozy. The human factor affects, apparently the host party thought by the end of the summer and did not feel warmth towards the guests. Separately, I will touch on nutrition, breakfast is very weak, if the cheeses are presented well, there are problems with meat, to put it mildly. There was no coffee, there was a mess vaguely resembling coffee.

Awful. the room is dirty and the service is at zero. It is very noisy, as it is close to the streets, where there is a very lively nightlife (this is for an amateur, of course, but the service is just terrible. I don't know if you save too much, then you can be patient. I do not advise, there is a further and better hotel for the same price.
