My favorite neighborhood. Low-rise building, very clean, constant cleaning of the territory, there are dog walking areas, a shop, 1 eco-cafe, 2 cafes, 1 restaurant, yoga studio, pharmacy, hairdresser, Pilates studio will open soon. There is also a private beach with comfortable changing rooms, a toilet, and sun beds.
