It would be nice to work with the store staff. We buy care products from them often, there are no words, everything is great! But because of the service, they will lose regular customers.

We bought NYX glitter in this store for 150k - the amount is not small, but we really liked the shade. After two applications, the brush fell off the gloss, by itself :) The next day we came to change it. There was a sad man at the checkout who listened to our complaint with extreme dissatisfaction, and then said that they allegedly were not a brand and were not responsible for it. The person has clearly not read the law on consumer protection. But that's not the funniest thing. Then this giant of thought began to tell us that the glitter was sealed, which means it was normal, and we broke it ourselves :) The logic is impeccable: if you were sold a rotten banana, it's your own fault that you opened it. I had to explain that the glosses after two applications should not actually break from applying to the lips. The man was offended and refused not only to change the gloss, but also to sell any of his goods at all. Characteristically, he returned the money - as if we owed him. And when they left, he shouted at our backs that we had broken the shine. A curtain. What can I say, it was the craziest and most disgusting experience with store staff in my entire life. If it were possible to give a negative assessment, I would do it.
