Horrible service, horrible aftercare for patients. How do you expect patients to come back? I had an appointment 2 months ago and required a reimbursement form. They sent it same day with none of the details that’s required - the document doesn’t even have my name on it. Have followed up with 5 emails, called the clinic even more times, and heard nothing back.
