We had a family vacation here, 4 people. The hotel has made a free upgrade to the family room, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a huge living room. The room also had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The breakfasts are sooo good, varied- we all found something to eat. There are two large beach clubs on site, with warm pools and a beach bar. I definitely recommend you to visit!

The hotel definitely does not pull the top five, the rooms are large, there is a kitchen, dishes, a washing machine. The location is the very top of the palm tree, there is nowhere to go at all, just go to the city. The restaurant girls are well done, the staff is friendly in the restaurant. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds with everything, the pool is warm and clean, there are problems with sun beds, I didn't take a voucher, I didn't get any towels or seats, in general, they have fun as they can.

I rather liked the room, there is everything you need, even a corner for cooking, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron, a large refrigerator, a TV, a balcony, a view of the sea, but as if with a second line, on top of the roofs. Your own beach (although there is some difficulty with getting daily vouchers). The breakfasts are good enough. The receptionist was friendly and very decent- we forgot the money in the safe, so they got upset, called and wanted to return it with all their might, and they returned it. The rooms are cleaned almost every day. One of the disadvantages is the location. It's very far from everything, here in the middle of nowhere. It's a long walk, the shuttle takes you five times a day, rarely, and you need to sign up, plus you're lucky to get to Emirates and Dubai, you can't get halfway there. We have never been able to return on it, as it is a task with an asterisk to find a stop at the exit from Dubai pier. A large hotel is being built nearby, and there is constant noise, day and night. The food in the cafes on the territory is average. There is a paddling pool on the beach- shallow, in order to swim normally in the sea, which is gorgeous inside the Palm Tree, you need to step aside. The sun beds by the pool are occupied, and the beach usually has places.

An ideal place for a family vacation. Everything seems to be clear with the Palm Tree, an island of measured life in a megalopolis. But this place is just great. On the one hand, these are the apartments (kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, huge studio), and on the other, a full-fledged hotel with cleaning, meals, its own beach and pool, children's rooms, etc. There is a 24/7 pharmacy on the ground floor, and a 24/7 mini market in the neighboring building (but everything is there). Security, silence, order. Underground parking. And all this for a very reasonable amount of money. At the same time, 5 minutes to Nakheel mall, 15 minutes to the Hall of Emirates. Of course, it's better to have your own car, but taxis are not expensive here either (we rode on Yandex). The place is top! On the downside, there is a construction site nearby, but as they build here, clean and tidy, they did not experience any discomfort.

An empty Anapa-level beach with only clear water, flying fish, and no root canal with mud.

We lived with a family of 4 people in room G03 in early July 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! I would especially like to mention the excellent cuisine – the food was simply delicious, varied and delicious. Perhaps, sometimes there was a little lack of efficiency, but overall – a solid 4.5 out of 5. The beach is great: clean, with comfortable sun beds. The sea was very warm, even rather hot – ideal for a relaxed swim. True, sometimes there weren't enough waves, but that's a matter of taste. It is very convenient that there is a swimming pool next to the beach – you can quickly cool off after the sea. Sun beds between the sea and the pool are an ingenious solution, you don't have to go anywhere far. The pool is simply gorgeous – the water is refreshing, the territory is well maintained. Construction is going on around the clock in the neighboring territory, but it didn't bother us, we sleep soundly. Overall, the rest was a success! We recommend it!

I liked: breakfast/dinner (half board), the hotel staff is very competent (mostly Filipinos, Thais), room cleaning daily including wet cleaning, a huge deluxe room, the hotel has its own beach and pool area. Pool bar, snacks (fast food). The price of 300k with a flight from St. Petersburg and a transfer from / to the airport for four is quite humane in 12 days in these troubled times.(06.24) I didn't like it.: Some distance from the center of Palm Jumeira (Nakhil Mall), the absence of at least some grocery store within walking distance. Prices at the beach bar are 45-80 AED for sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and 50 AED on top for each jar of corona 0.35l. But this is Dubai - everything is expensive here😁 Conclusion: for a relaxing holiday with your family, yes - it is quite worthy. The only serious disadvantage is the remoteness. Taxi to Nakhil mall round trip ~ 50 dirhams, to Soba Realty metro ~100 dirhams. Well, this Palm Tree is more fun in the Marina .. but there are few hotels with their own beach and they cost a few other money.

The place is good for sunbathing, there are a lot of sun beds by the pool and on the sea, the pool and beach are clean, everything is neat, the price tags are too high as on the whole palm tree, but this is normal for a palm tree. The receptionist girl is the tallest, just a miracle, she helped a lot when the season started and there was nowhere to lie down, thanks to her! And in general about the hotel, we walked around the territory and for us, as for relaxing in a hotel, and not just on the beach, it seemed to us a very small area, it would be boring in the evening, not to walk, there are hotels on the palm tree with a more extensive and green territory, so I was glad that we lived in Dubai Marina only came to sunbathe and swim.
