The main advantage of the hotel is, of course, the proximity to the metro, a warm and clean pool, delicious dinners. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We got a room on the 5th floor. It is large, clean and bright, with a fresh renovation. On the downside, on the second day we saw a cockroach in the room. It was very unpleasant. We immediately closed all the bags and suitcases so as not to bring the "guests" home. And then they saw a cockroach near the elevator on the top floor. They did not change the room, because they read in the reviews that they also meet in other rooms. I also didn't like the fact that dinners are organized on the roof of the hotel. In the evenings at the end of March it was cool and windy, so it was very uncomfortable, and even dark to sit there. There were also few tables for dinner on the roof, and on the last day we had to wait about 20 minutes for the table to be free. The hotel is generally not bad, but these disadvantages overshadowed the rest a little.

Of the advantages - the metro station is 100 meters away, the food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly! (there are wonderful Russian-speaking staff).
Of the minuses, the standard room is quite "tired" and clearly required cosmetic repairs, it is also worth mentioning the constant smell of dampness, and not ideal plumbing. There will be no beautiful views from the window. Collectively, it is a solid 4-star hotel (although considering the current prices (April 2024), you will have to pay a lot for this hotel). I would probably take a room a little more expensive than the standard one next time, because I think it will be better.

A great hotel for a budget holiday, especially if you are not flying in the room to hang out, but to run around the lubay;) the staff is polite, there is a Russian-speaking girl. The rooms are certainly not super lbks, but the beds are comfortable and large! Cleaning every day! They give me some water, soap and snout too. We had breakfasts and dinners. The food is delicious! It was a bit monotonous, but no one was hungry and everything was very fresh. The pool is clean and warm. We are 100% loyal to everyone. 8 difts in the hotel, conveniently located near the Emirates Mall. There is a metro nearby, there are no problems catching a taxi as well. There is a shop across the street where everything is available! Of course, if you need a view from the room and luxury, go to another hotel. But we are right here! By the way, the bus from the hotel takes you to the beach in Duai Marina. Several times a day.

The hotel is well located, convenient to go to Kite beach, close to metro, bus. I was in room 635. The room is good, there is enough space for two. For this hotel, the best view from this and neighboring rooms is of Burj al Arab. A cozy balcony. The breakfasts are very modest, monotonous for one star!!! We were settled before 14-00. The room is in good condition, it was renovated. But you can find fault. In general, nothing is repulsive. I haven't met any cockroaches! The cleaning is bad.

Excellent hotel: convenient location - very close to the metro, very interested staff - try to make you as comfortable as possible, wonderful cuisine - varied, delicious.
There are nuances that you need to be prepared for in the household part. But the disadvantages definitely pale in front of all the advantages. We recommend it. We were very happy there.

The hotel has both pros and cons.On the plus side, I would like to note the main thing-this is the location of the hotel in Al Barsha, near the metro and a cool, convenient transfer (Marina Beach sea and Trips to the outlet (free)) good breakfasts and polite staff, clean rooms and the same pools 👍 Among the disadvantages is dampness, it is very strongly felt.In general, everyone 😁 Relax and be happy 🤩🥳

We had a rest in early April, at this hotel. I'll start with the pros right away:
1. Excellent location(metro, taxi, shops, souvenir shops, great beach just 5km away)
2. The room is very nice, spacious enough.
3. Wi-fi catches everywhere.
Now the cons:
1. The terrible attitude of the staff (upon arrival, they took their passports for registration, gave them a password from wi-fi and told them to wait a couple of hours or go for a walk, you can't use the hotel infrastructure!)
2. The rooftop pool is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone.
3. The bus takes you to the terrible beach, 12 km away from the hotel! It is better to take a taxi (about 30-40 dirhams) to Kyle Beach just 5km away.
4. The food is delicious, but there is little of it and no variety, if you come after 20:00, then there is almost nothing.
5. Wi-fi is turned off after 01:00.
If you want to see the sights of Dubai, then this hotel is suitable to spend the night in it, but no more.

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent service, the presence of Russian-speaking staff is an undoubted plus. We provided a large room ( three euros ) . What overshadowed the arrival: first of all, it was the presence of unqualified staff in terms of excursions. If you have extra time and money (despite the price is cheaper than the Anex guide), then you can take a chance. We ordered excursions from Tatiana. In general, we were satisfied. A company like Atan. The only excursion that they dared to book from a representative at the hotel is a safari. The deception began with the promise of a Russian-speaking guide who did not know a word of Russian (the situation was saved by the girls who knew the language) and ending with the reduction of the promised program of events. In general, it's up to you. Well, be careful with the orders in the pool area. Designing tea

The four hotel. Spacious rooms, balconies are not everywhere. Mashrek metro station 150 meters away is a great advantage to walk in the heat. They were at the end of May 2024. The food is good, not spicy. Watermelons, melons chopped every day for lunch and dinner. Fish, chicken, meat, broccoli, cauliflower, various European sweets- every day. Lasagna, seafood soup, rolls. Breakfast until 11.00, lunch from 13.00 to 15.30, dinner from 19.00 to 22.30. good intervals, you can always catch a walk or before. You must wear sneakers to the gym. The rooftop pool (like everyone else's) is open from the very morning until 20 o'clock, a heated Jacuzzi even in the heat. Towels are provided by the pool. The sauna is free, you need to turn it on when going to the pool, come back later. Transfer three times a day to JBR beach (Marina). I took the adapters with me to charge my phones. The renovation of the 4th floor began with us.

The hotel is old, a clean three, but you can live. The rooms are wet, but this is a problem for almost all hotels of this level. The food is not bad, but not very diverse. The pool is without a beautiful view, small. A huge plus is that the metro is two steps away and 10 minutes from the hotel there is a shopping center with everything you need. It is also a plus that there is a bus stop nearby, from which you can easily get to the beach, where it is clean, there are few people!

A good hotel, the location would be great if the metro worked. The rooms are renovated but the view is still nothing. There is a large swimming pool on the roof, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym. The breakfasts are ordinary like everyone else's. There is a transfer from the hotel to the JBR beach at 11.30 and back at 15. Maybe this is normal for someone, but we did not use it, we went on a kite. At 16.30 transfer to Dubai outlet Mall.

Great hotel!
We booked one bedroom suite + extra bed. A standard room with a child is accommodated only without an additional fee.places.
We got room 418 on the 4th floor.
My daughter was given a cot bed with a 15 cm mattress.
The room has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen furniture without dishes (only cups, glasses and a kettle), 2 bathrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a balcony.
Everything is old, but in good condition.
Meals are 3 times a day. There are a lot of people at breakfast, less at lunch and dinner. There is enough food.
The rooftop pool bar is closed.
You can ask for bathrobes at the reception, towels are provided by the pool.
The employees are watching closely. On the first day, they offered hotel towels themselves (we had our own), sent me to the shower (although I washed in the room and went to the pool).
There is a gym, saunas, a children's room.
Everything is included in the price except the spa.
Hotel buses take you to the beach and to the outlet.
An unpleasant surprise was the closed subway due to heavy rains in April. In May 2024, four Dubai metro stations - OnPassive, Equiti, Mashreq and Energy Metro - are still closed due to rain damage.
Because of this, it is impossible to get into a carriage at a nearby station during rush hour, trains are packed to the brim. Even at 17.00 it's already packed. At 21.30 we returned more freely, but there were also a lot of people.
We walked to the Mall of Emirates station from the hotel, walked through and took the subway. We went back to the bus station - white buses take us to the Mashreq station at the hotel for free.

Excellent hotel, very good location, 5 minutes walk to the metro, the room is spacious, albeit tired, but much higher than expected. A large flat-screen TV, to which I easily connected my phone and watched cartoons, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, shops and pharmacies nearby. There is also a Turkish cafe nearby, inexpensive for Dubai and with large portions. And the food, of course, is monotonous, but we were not hungry. The staff is friendly and friendly. An adapter for the outlet is provided at the reception upon request. An iron is also provided upon request. Cleaning is done every day. The rooftop pool is heated, small, open from 8:00 to 20:00. The gym for the hotel is also good, but it also works only from 8:00 to 20:00. Since the ticket was very inexpensive for us, I am ready to recommend this hotel, the price-quality ratio is great!

The hotel looks good, the location is also good, it takes a couple of minutes to walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the mall of the emirates, a transfer from the hotel to jbr beach is offered several times a day, but the bus does not always arrive from the beach to the hotel and at the reception they just shrug their shoulders and say to get either by metro or by taxi. Let's move on to the cons, we arrived a day later than the specified check-in date due to the postponement of the flight, the room was booked for three people with delivery of the 3rd bed to the room, upon checking into the room we did not see the 3rd bed and all the necessary funds, mugs, water, that is, everything was designed for 2 We asked the person to deliver the 3rd bed and it was delivered quickly enough, but with the rest of the necessary funds, we went to the reception and asked for them for about 2 days.
There is high humidity in the rooms, things are practically not sent out, but most likely because of the climate, the air conditioner works with varying success, most often cold air blows, despite the fact that the room is cool. One day the safe was simply blocked and could not be opened with our password, we had to call the master. Also, when checking in, we clarified about the breakfasts, we were offered breakfast for a fee, only after clarifying that our check-in day was yesterday and that it had already been paid, they apologized and invited us to have breakfast for free. We also needed an iron, went to the reception, we were told that they would deliver it now, after some time there was no iron and we had to go and ask 2 more times.
Most often, the staff pretended that we were not there, did not notice us, did not respond to our requests, only if they went several times and asked for it and insisted.

A wonderful hotel for tourists who come to see the country, and not to live in a hotel. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is everything you need. There are transfers to the beach. The subway is nearby. The supermarket is next door. On the upper floor there is a swimming pool, gym, sauna and hammam. There are a lot of rooms and there are queues at breakfast. Great respect for the opportunity to have dinner and for the candle in the birthday cake. Try not to move into the ground floor. The rooms are quite tired and in need of repair. Cleaning every day, slow, but good.

We liked everything. We were from 05.04 to 12.04.24.
We wrote about the rooms and the location to the metro. I will attach the transfer schedule (very inconvenient), we took the subway to the JBl Marina. The opening hours of the restaurant and the rest are also in the photo gallery.
The beds are incredibly comfortable. All soap and soap products are in abundance (razor, brush, gel, shampoo, cream, disposable bags, shower caps, soap, a set of threads with a needle).
The food is better than expected. All drinks in the morning. Lunch dinner is only water.
Nearby is a cheap Day to day store where you can buy souvenirs, dates. Brand for less store, buy sneakers.
I consider it an ideal location for those who travel by themselves, and not on excursions.
The gym is quite acceptable with a sauna. A swimming pool for adults, a shallow one for children and a Jacuzzi. Towels are provided. Bathrobes are also provided in the room.

Very convenient location of the hotel, right next to the metro. The staff is polite, smiling, sociable, but does not impose their communication, there are Russian speakers. Right at the hotel you can buy sightseeing tours at a very favorable price, do not be afraid of ignorance of English, this is not a problem) you can also buy souvenirs at the hotel profitably.
The kitchen is for ordinary people - lobsters and lobsters are not fed here! Everything is very tasty, a good assortment of dishes, you will not stay hungry)
Upstairs there is a gym and a cool pool - the very thing in the heat.
Vacationers in our company were mostly Russian-speaking: Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, many from Russia, there are guests from Iran, Bangladesh, Egypt, no one bothers anyone.
A bus takes you from the hotel to the free beach, Marina Beach is popular (for my taste it is too crowded there and the water from the boats is muddy, it is better to go to other beaches at your own expense), shopping in outlets.

the whole character is polite, always ready to help. the renovation is typically Arabic. despite the fact that they asked for a smoking room, they were given a room without a balcony. Well, the view from the window is straight from window to window. the renovation is typically Arabic, the stupid carpet in the room, the refrigerator is half alive. every day there is a mini cleaning and replenishment of soap and soap accessories (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, razor, toothbrushes, cotton pads and more. the bathroom tiles are moldy.
we had only breakfast, if desired, lunch for 50 AED, a large selection, delicious pastries and watermelon. there is a choice for those with little teeth and those who like a heavier breakfast. fried eggs in front of you.
the location is not very good, it is far from the sea, it is far from walking. there is a shuttle service only to the Marina and outlet. there is a minimarket nearby, and Day tu day is a 15-minute walk away. The metro is closed, the nearest station is 12 minutes away.
There is a swimming pool on the roof, there are free towels and sun beds.

A good mid-level city hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, all the staff understands English, delicious full breakfasts, the metro is a three-minute walk away, opposite the hotel there is a shop with affordable prices for water and small things. There is a shuttle to JBR beach, but it's better to go to Kait beach by yourself, the sand is much nicer there and the sea is cleaner. There are free showers, drinking water, toilets and changing rooms. There are 81 buses from the hotel, you need to go back with a transfer, to the Mall of the Emirates and one stop by metro, but it's not stressful, there are air-conditioned passages everywhere. The children in the hotel will be a little boring, the pool is small, the children's room is also very modest. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice city hotel. Since the hotel is not new, the furniture in the room is old, but everything is in working order, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the room also has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, TV with 3 Russian-speaking channels. In the bathroom, all plumbing is in working condition, no complaints. Hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, body cream, toothbrushes.....) replenished daily. Towels were changed if they were left on the floor. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel has 2 swimming pools on the roof, one for children, one for adults with a maximum depth of 2 meters and a Jacuzzi, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi takes everywhere. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, always ready to help. We took breakfast/dinner meals. The range of dishes is certainly not very large, but we never stayed hungry. For breakfast there was always: scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, pastries, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, juices, etc. For dinner: chicken, fish, beef, side dishes (rice, potatoes), pasta, vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers ...) and some sweets. Of the drinks for dinner, only water. There is a scheduled bus service to Dubai Marina Beach from the hotel. It is necessary to book a bus to the beach in advance of the day, in the evening after 18:00 at the reception. The biggest and fat plus is the location of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance from Nashrek metro station and bus stop. This is a great advantage if you want to see Dubai on your own.

I visited this hotel in November 2023, in general, I left a positive impression of the hotel, I especially note the convenient transport location, the metro station is opposite the entrance to the hotel. I lived on the ground floor, the room had a balcony, the room was spacious and clean, cleaning was every day, there are no complaints about it, especially if you leave a tip, the only thing is that new towels were brought after 17.00. There are Russian-speaking employees at the reception. Now, according to the nuances: breakfast is not too varied, there is a queue in the hall in the morning, there are not enough tables, sometimes I had to go to another hall. Lunch and dinner are delicious. The Internet is not very fast, the video does not load, only photos. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but repairs are underway around it, relaxing with the sound of a drill under your ear is a so-so pleasure. For the same reason, the pool bars are closed. Now the staff, in general, the attitude is very attentive, but they squeezed a plate of fruit for my birthday as a compliment, although I warned the staff about others, hi Maryam, but these are the little things of life. It was not pleasant to go three times and demand a sheet with information about the transfer to the airport, which was at night. According to the agent of Anex tour, the information was transferred to the hotel after 18.00, I went from 20.00 to 22.00, all this time I was promised to find information and bring it to the room, and only when I started swearing at the reception at 22.00, explaining my impatience with the desire to sleep for several hours before the night flight (departure was in 02.40 am), then there were sheets of information.... Maybe it was an accident, but it wasn't pleasant. Overall, the impression of the hotel remained positive, but it does not pull 4 stars.

I was here on 25.06.23-6.07.23. Very responsive staff, the first thing I want to note. All are polite, tactful, offer help even in non-standard situations and questions. Everyone is English-speaking, but there are Russian-speakers too, but not every day. Attentive security. The rooms are large and spacious, repairs are required, but not critical. At least in my room everything was in working order. They are cleaned every day. Good location - 2-3 minutes from the metro. 15-20 minutes and you're in the center. 10-15 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. To one of the nearest beaches (Kite beach) 15 minutes by taxi. Of course, you can also take the metro to 2 stations and then take a taxi, but the price is the same. I didn't use buses, but they say there are free ones to the beach several times a day, but you need to sign up in advance.
Breakfasts /dinners are normal, no one will definitely stay hungry, except that by the end of breakfast/ dinner there is almost nothing left, only water is offered for dinner from drinks. In the morning tea/coffee/water.
There is a swimming pool and a gym on the 6th floor. In the forty-degree heat, it was very convenient, especially if you don't want to go far somewhere. Towels are given out, there are sun beds, free ones too :)
In general, it is very good in terms of price = quality, suitable for those who came for work or active tourists who do not plan to spend the whole vacation in a hotel room.

Good day!
I hope my review will help those who are going to fly to Dubai on vacation.
At first, I was upset that the tour had the wrong photos that were live, but then when I moved away a little, I realized that the hotel was not so bad, but we need to look at reality and now I will tell you about the pros and cons of the hotel
Among the advantages: a great location, where the metro is 2 minutes away, 15 minutes by metro to Burj Khalifa and also 15 minutes to Dubai Marina, as well as a 10-minute walk from the world's second largest shopping center EMIRATES MALL, a very cool place, I advise you to visit.
The room is clean, spacious and the staff is smiling
Of the cons: we arrived at 10 a.m., we were forced to wait until 2 o'clock to check in, we had to fall asleep in fai tired with flights, there was an unpleasant lady at the reception, she did not communicate very pleasantly, but everything is perfectly understood in Russian (by the way, there is a favorable exchange rate in the shopping center mentioned above), breakfast is too boring, not enough I can't say that it's delicious, but if you choose, it will do (you can't take anything with you, they immediately attack like dogs, even though they throw the rest away), well, in general, it seems to be normal, the store in the yard is not bad, but there is nothing special around, you need to get on the subway and go for adventures!
Have a good rest

Arrived at the hotel at 14.00, checked in only at 17.00!We spent 3 hours with a small child in the hall, Russian-speaking Mariana answered all questions in an extremely rude way!as a result, my child and I were moved into a smoking room, where everything is so smoky that it is impossible to breathe!!!after another disturbance, we got a room on the 6th floor!
The room is quite fresh and spacious, cleaning is daily, but there were no clean towels all the time, I had to beg for them and wait for 2 hours!
The location of the hotel is ideal-the metro is opposite, shops, a pharmacy are very close.A huge plus is that you can change dinner for lunch any day, which is very convenient! There was always a variety of food and desserts for lunch. There were a lot of people at breakfast and it was noisy, but there was also enough food for everyone.
Mall of the Emirates is a 15-minute walk with a child, there are many shops with affordable prices.
There is a very nice pool on the roof and sun beds, towels without deposit.
For those who do not plan to spend all their time at the hotel, the hotel is perfect!(except for our late check-in)

It was in October 2023.
At the reception they gave the number 105, but my key did not fit it, it turned out that this room was occupied, the numbers 105 and 115 were confused at the reception. When booking, I indicated that I wanted a room on the top floors, and upon arrival I was given a room on the first floor, without a balcony, overlooking the roof and the second part of the hotel. The windows in the room do not open. Only the air conditioner saves.
- In the room-
On the first day of my stay, I asked to bring an iron to the room. I started to turn it on - it doesn't work. Replaced. Late that evening, after many attempts to set up the safe, I realized that it was also broken. Fixed it. For some reason, after cleaning the room, only one clean towel remains, although there should be one per person + one for the legs and one for the head. There is nowhere to dry things in the room, there are no dryers.
-The pool -
The pool in the hotel did not work, it was under repair. At the reception they told me to go to a nearby hotel (I quote): "leave the hotel and go straight, the name is written there in blue letters." I walked straight for 10 minutes and there were no hotels with the name in blue letters even close. It was only later that I realized by the name where this hotel was. It is located two buildings away and its name is written in golden letters on a brown background. When I said this at the reception, I received an answer: "I can't see well from here, for me it's blue." The pool in this hotel is small, especially when there are a lot of people. There were not enough sun beds either, everything was packed.
-Free transfer from the hotel to the JBR beach-
There is no point in making an appointment for a certain time in advance, because whoever gets on the bus first goes. You can not sign up and get on the bus the very first, and those who signed up will remain standing near the bus. That's how lucky you are. It happened that there were not enough places for exactly half of the people who wanted to go to the beach. And on another day, several people go at all.
-Birthday at the hotel-
On one of the days of my stay at the hotel, I had a birthday.
When checking in at the reception, I immediately clarified this point, I was told that they did not congratulate me in any way, they would just bring a cake in the morning (at 9:30). The day before my birthday, I warned them to bring me a cake tomorrow. They didn't bring the cake. At the reception they said that they did not have time to cook it, they would bring it in the evening (at 18:00). At 18:00 the cake was not brought, they clarified at the reception and said an hour later. I left on my own business and returned to the room late at night, and there is a small chocolate cake there. To say that I was in shock and in a complete breakdown of feelings is to say nothing.
-Check-out (check-out from the hotel) - My
plane left ~ at 19:00, so I had to leave the hotel ~ at 14:30. The day before departure, I went to the reception in order to extend the room for a couple of hours. They told me they couldn't extend the room. In all countries, in all hotels, it was always possible to extend the room for an additional fee, but here it is impossible.
-Location-
The hotel has a good location, the metro is across the street, it is convenient to go both ways.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are neat and clean, but a little shabby. But it doesn't really spoil the impression. In the pool, well, of course, it's already tourists themselves, lovers to take sun loungers and dump for a few hours. But that's the mentality, there's nothing you can do about it.

We stayed at this hotel in February, the room was on the second floor. It was cool and damp in the room, the things hung on the hangers were damp, it would have been better to lie in a suitcase. Check-in at the hotel takes place later than 14 o'clock, but things are guarded at any time. Every day I watched a picture near the reception as people tired from the road demand their room, sometimes in raised tones. We ourselves, in turn, faced the same thing, arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., and checked in only after 15 o'clock, allegedly the room was not ready. One of the advantages is the location of the hotel next to the metro station, the courtesy of the staff, the presence of a warm pool on the top floor.

Nice hotel; pleasant, polite, courteous staff. Cleaning, rooms are at a good level, a couple of people at the reception know Russian. There is a rooftop pool, gym, sauna. The only drawback is a large number of guests at breakfast due to the majority of vouchers with breakfast only. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, near the shopping center, restaurants, shops. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a souvenir shop.

A hotel for its price, an analogue of Moscow's 3 stars. The smell in the hall is strange. There is a thick carpet everywhere. Do not ask for a non-smoking floor, windows do not open there, humidity, all dry things were wet, wet did not dry, there is not even a heated towel rail. There is no balcony. The room is dark, smelled damp, big, old. Tea, coffee, water, soap and soap are always reported. Plus, these are good beds, I slept great.
The hotel is old and tired. It is located right next to the Mashrek metro station. The main guests are Kazakh and Russian families. Our people can be seen right away, they are not particularly cultured. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool on the 6th floor, if you check out after 12.00, you can rent the sofas at the reception and sunbathe there. There are girls from Tajikistan at the reception, Russian-speaking, the staff is pleasant and friendly. Meals are breakfasts, but there seems to be another kind. It's a little dark in the dining room. There are a lot of people at breakfast. Children are screaming, adults are fussing. You will not be hungry, you will eat everything: omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables, olives, greens, beans, hummus, beans, pastries, croissants in butter are good, porridges, pasta, watermelon always, pancakes, yoghurts, muesli, tea, coffee, yuppies are generally standard. There were no problems with the digestive tract with nutrition. The dining room is tired, the chairs are sagging, it's uncomfortable to sit. It is better to come to breakfast early. They say there is a free shuttle service to the sea, but it is better to take a regular bus, it goes to the kite beach in 20 minutes from the metro. The kite beach is great. The advantage of this hotel is the infrastructure nearby and the metro opposite. The area is not bad. Al Barsha, not Deira. But also a worker. Next to the Emirates Mall, one metro stop away, you can walk for 15 minutes, next to the store the for less brand is good with clothes like Last Name. But there are expensive hotels nearby too. And good neighborhoods in the neighborhood. The place is very convenient.

Good time! Great location, just the metro. The rooms are shabby, but large, cleaning every day. there is a kettle, refrigerator, coffee, tea in the room. In the bathroom there is a toothbrush, shampoo gel, shower cap, cotton pads. The food is varied, although not much, from fruits only watermelon (I have breakfast dinner and can be changed for lunch) Sometimes not tasty melon. The staff is polite, smiles, opens the door, answers questions. I can't put five. We arrived, but our room was not there, we lived in a simple room for a day, waited for ours with a balcony. And they didn't congratulate me on my birthday.

A big plus of the hotel is the location of the metro 100m, near cafes and restaurants, the bus takes you to the beach 3 times a day, everything is clearly on schedule , the nearest pier is about 1 km away . The breakfasts are good, the assortment does not change. The room is large and cozy, a little tired but not critical, cleaning every day. The pool is great, saves in the heat. The hotel deserves 4 stars, in principle all hotels in Dubai are good and try to match their stars. Have a good rest to everyone !!!

Nice hotel. The rooms are tired, but clean and tidy! The reception works in full, quickly eliminate everything and fulfill requests for a comfortable stay. Large pool, children's pool and Jacuzzi. The staff is very responsive. Breakfasts are only meager. But we ate at different restaurants.

I was in February 2024, there are a lot of people. I didn't usually go to breakfast, but somehow I decided to go and there was a full house, they didn't even deign to put me alone, they said there was no place and offered to go to the restaurant across the street for breakfast. There are Russian-speaking staff, but with such an attitude as they have, this will help you minimally. I will not come to this hotel again. There is a damp smell in the corridors, the cleaning is not very good, especially on the balcony, they don't even go in there.

Not a bad hotel in its price category. Cleaning every day, the rooms had everything you needed: 2 double beds, TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. We had only breakfast meals, that was enough for us. If hunger overcame in the evening, then you could buy food in neighboring supermarkets. There are no problems with this. Mashrek metro station, city bus and taxi stop are within walking distance. Also, the nearest large mall Emirates Dubai is also a stop.

Quite a good budget hotel.
But I was unlucky and got there during the repair work - the pool on the roof did not work (
Only one girl at the reception knows Russian, you need to communicate with the rest there on your fingers...or learn at least basic English.
I only took breakfast. The food was monotonous for all 8 days, but you can eat..
The main advantage of this hotel is the metro in 2 steps! The metro there saves not only money, but also time-the traffic jams in the evening are unreal..
Within walking distance of the Emirate mall-there is an Auchan type store on the 1st floor, it is better to make all basic purchases in it (food and souvenirs)
What else to add...The double room has comfortable 2-meter beds.
In the photo, a homeless dinner in the room on the first day)) then I started eating normally in the mall)
By the way, it's better not to take risks and do not eat in local eateries! Or mac or good expensive restaurants in malls for example.
