It's a very nice hotel. Pros: Location, right next to the metro, 2 min. walk. Good Swedish breakfasts.The table also has a buffet lunch and dinner. a table, lunch costs 50 dirhams per person, dinner 63 dirhams, these are very humane prices, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception named Lana, thank her very much for her help! She always helped and was very pleasant in communication! Nice rooms, several elevators, a great warm pool on the roof of the hotel. There are saunas, a training room. The hotel is well located, convenient to go to Kite beach, close to metro, bus. I was in room 635. The room is good, there is enough space for two. For this hotel, the best view from this and neighboring rooms is of Burj al Arab. A cozy balcony. The breakfasts are very modest, monotonous for one star!!! We were settled before 14-00. The room is in good condition, it was renovated. But you can find fault. In general, nothing is repulsive. I haven't met any cockroaches! The cleaning is bad. Standard rooms have a view of the "St. Petersburg Courtyard" into the building if the view is important in such rooms it will be sad.

We returned from a trip 3 days ago. I really liked the hotel! Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes to the metro and bus stop. We arrived early in the morning, checked in right away, thanks a lot to Islam from Egypt and Lana at the reception, they speak excellent Russian. We helped with the luggage, the room was large, a bedroom and a living room, a balcony, 2 toilets, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a kettle, coffee, tea, glasses and cups, an ironing board, an iron and a dryer in the room. We were thrilled! We only took breakfast, the breakfasts were varied and very satisfying: chicken sausages, potatoes, noodles, rice, omelette, delicious waffles, fruits, vegetables, various cheeses, porridges, even soup. Cleaning every day. The bed is comfortable, the mattress and bed linen are very high quality and pleasant! We forgot about work and problems! We visited the heated rooftop pool, towels, deck chairs and sun beds for free, sauna and gym for free. This is our third time in Dubai, but I want to return to this hotel! Some rooms have a balcony, we paid extra for the balcony on the spot, we wanted fresh air in the room, and to dry beach clothes. They do not take a deposit, the tour. the fee is 15 AED per day, per room, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception- this HELPS a LOT in solving any issue! The food is excellent, you can choose, if you take into account the peculiarities of this country, lunch or dinner can be changed, the location is excellent, but you can get to the beach or yourself 4 metro stops, or wait for the bus, the bus is not a hotel, but a city bus, in the morning it comes at 11.15 am- it's like a morning for someone ..., and a bus full of people, from the sea is also on schedule, traffic jams in the evening, we drove 40 minutes, it's exhausting.., so decide for yourself what is best for you and which hotel to choose, next to the sea, next to the metro, next to what?? If the goal is to go only to the sea, then it is better to choose a hotel by the sea, and do not drive in the heat, do not wait for the bus, and if by metro, do not spend money -4 AED in one direction for one person, there is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi on the roof- not big, but you can spend time, sun beds, bar, you can order food in the room, prices are different, one dish starts from 35 AED there is a SPA, the price for a massage starts from 289 AED for 45 minutes,.

The room got a fairly new one on the 6th floor, but the view is about nothing, into a courtyard with other people's windows. We did not change or find fault.
They cleaned every day.
The location is close to the metro. There are shops and cafes nearby, good studio. We had lunch there, not bad.
The cons are the breakfasts, very poor. The only plus is cappuccino, which could be ordered at the reception bar, but this is when there are huge queues in the main restaurant and we were offered breakfast at this bar. It's the same, a buffet, but smaller.
The hotel is also undergoing renovation, one half is covered with a banner. The pool area is normal, the water is warm through the chur. We took a hookah there in the evening, bullshit.
Transfer from the hotel to Dubai Marina Beach and outlet. But there's nothing to do in the outlet.
We went to kite beach and Atlantis aquapark by taxi, we liked it.

The room is clean, cleaning, change of towels and bed linen every day. Replenishment of items in the bathroom is constant. Water,tea, coffee are replenished every day.Everything is working properly. There is a rooftop swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, and a children's room. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and bus stop. There are a huge number of shops near the hotel. It is large, clean and bright, with a fresh renovation. On the downside, on the second day we saw a cockroach in the room. It was very unpleasant. We immediately closed all the bags and suitcases so as not to bring the "guests" home. And then they saw a cockroach near the elevator on the top floor. They did not change the room, because they read in the reviews that they also meet in other rooms. I also didn't like the fact that dinners are organized on the roof of the hotel. In the evenings at the end of March it was cool and windy, so it was very uncomfortable, and even dark to sit there. There were also few tables for dinner on the roof, and on the last day we had to wait about 20 minutes for the table to be free. The hotel is generally not bad, but these disadvantages overshadowed the rest a little.

We stayed with a friend at this hotel from January 6 to January 13, 2025!! We were pleased with the reception! Excellent lobby, attention, especially from Russian-speaking managers. Check-in had to wait, our arrival and registration was in the morning, check-in at 14:00.Thanks to Lana and Mariam, they made concessions and gave us a room with a view of a small piece of the Parusa. The room had to be replaced, there was a lot of wind blowing out the window, it's cool at night in January. We moved into room 526 and were very pleased! The food is excellent, fruits of all kinds, hot dishes and soups in the morning!! So we ate too much. I was pleased with the staff and their courtesy. I solved any question quickly!! Overall, the hotel is welcoming, cozy, good beds and spacious rooms. The beaches are nearby, there are 3 stops on 81 buses, the coast is long, you can choose different locations. The transfer took us to the beach, everything is clear. I recommend the hotel, it will make you feel at home. Guided tours and independent trips are very convenient! The Garden of wonders or flowers is also nearby, take a 10 bus, 100 dirhams entrance and you will enjoy a great park, take wonderful photos! I really enjoyed my vacation, I want to come back here!

The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous, you can go to the beach in any direction. We took 81 buses to Kite, Sail, and Jumeirah. We were at the Marina, we didn't like it, there are a lot of people there. There are a lot of supermarkets, clothing stores near the hotel, there are places where it is not expensive and tasty to eat. The only caveat is that it is very important for us to have an opening window in the room. In this hotel, as in all hotels, there are rooms with windows, but which do not open. I really liked the hotel. We are staying in it now, August 2024. Friendly staff, respond to any request with lightning speed, a Russian-speaking person is always present at the reception. The hotel was struck by the cleanliness of everything. Rooms, pool, restaurant, dishes - everything is as good as new! Milkshakes (chocolate, mango, vanilla) are served at the pool bar. Apparently it's not the season, there are very few people. The air temperature is +41, in the bay +30 (Kite Beach)- it is perfectly tolerated👍🏼 At the Marina + 37 the water is not comfortable, it is too hot. These are free beaches. Transfer from the hotel only to the Marina. We go to Kite Beach by ourselves 20 minutes by bus 81. There is a bus stop and a metro in front of the hotel.

Quite a passable hotel. They settled right away. The staff is polite and helpful. They gave me an adapter for sockets for beautiful eyes. There is a tourist fee of 165 dirhams for two. They take you to Jumeirah Beach three times a day. The rooms are clean. Very close to the bus stop and metro, which is very convenient.
UPD. Now, in September 2024, there is a small repair at the entrance to the hotel, it does not bother much, BUT somewhere on the fifth day I saw and nailed a cockroach in the room! Of the minuses, the standard room is quite "tired" and clearly required cosmetic repairs, it is also worth mentioning the constant smell of dampness, and not ideal plumbing. There will be no beautiful views from the window. Collectively, it is a solid 4-star hotel (although considering the current prices (April 2024), you will have to pay a lot for this hotel). It was a bit monotonous, but no one was hungry and everything was very fresh. The pool is clean and warm. We are 100% loyal to everyone. 8 difts in the hotel, conveniently located near the Emirates Mall. There is a metro nearby, there are no problems catching a taxi as well.
