The hotel is good primarily for its staff, very attentive to tourists and polite, always trying to help. Especially Russian-speaking Lana - after a long flight, they checked in before 14:00, very quickly brought a third bed to the room, as well as bathrobes, slippers, and sets of dishes.brushes and pastes. The rooms are renovated. The linen and towels are snow-white. There are few hangers in the closet (we always take them with us), there is a clothesline above the bathroom, the sockets are not European standard, but our plugs come in without problems, and there is also a USB connector. The air conditioner is serviceable and silent. The breakfasts are delicious, lunch and dinner can be changed without warning. The appliances and dishes are clean. The waiters work quickly and accurately, even during rush hours they always found us a table. For lunch/dinner, only water is free, other drinks are available for a fee. A shuttle bus takes you to the beach and malls, strictly by appointment. The hotel has an ideal location - close to the metro and bus stop. There are many cafes and shops around.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2026 for a week, in a superior room. Consider the disadvantages of⛔️, there weren't many of them. 1) – check-in does not take place from 14:00 as everywhere else, but from 16:00. But in practice, settlement is already taking place around 14. Until then, it is possible to leave your luggage and take a walk. There is a nook with several restaurants within walking distance. But more on that later. 2) – the maids forgot to put towels and tea in the room a couple of times after cleaning. Our friends complained about the same thing. 3) – buffet (I attach the photo above). Overall, it's not bad, you can find a basic set of products + cakes for dinner and a large selection of bread and pastries. But! It was the same every day. For breakfast, the choice was even better: porridge (dairy), yoghurts, rice, scrambled eggs. But lunch… Leaves a lot to be desired. We ate only potatoes all week. I didn't really like the rice, and there was no other choice (except soup). In general, there is everything you need, but it is difficult to consume the same thing every day. It was also confusing that there was nothing but fish (twice). It seems that this industry is developed in the Emirates, and not treated. 4) – we were put in a room with an adjoining door. We can't tell if all the rooms are like that, but the neighbors were clearly audible through it. You can also hear every step from the hallway, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful, so it didn't cause any discomfort. 5) – the pool is very small, in the evening its sides are washed with water from the pool itself. There is practically no shade by the pool, only by the sun loungers. They are not allowed to swim in white T-shirts either. Burn – 2 seconds. There are not many disadvantages, and they are not significant for me. Let's move on to the pros: 1 – staff: everyone is friendly and quickly solves all issues, suggests places. There is a beautiful woman at the reception desk, Lana, who speaks excellent Russian. 2 – shop on the ground floor of the hotel: prices don't bite at all. If you want to take souvenirs, go ahead. 3 – as I said earlier, the location. The metro is 2 minutes away, right in front, and there are a lot of grocery stores nearby. The prices there are very good. 4 – spacious rooms and an incredibly comfortable bed, and the blanket is huge. The bathtub is also in good condition. It feels like it's been renovated. 5 – cleanliness. Everywhere is constantly being cleaned. Once, in the lobby, they saw the ceiling being cleaned with a special mop. And the smell throughout the hotel is very pleasant. 6 – comfort. The hotel feels like a cozy, homely place: very comfortable design and small size of the building. 7 – the presence of a swimming pool, gym, hammam and sauna makes the rest complete. Considering the price and quality, the hotel has exceeded all expectations, we will return there again. Tips for those who are traveling to the Emirates for the first time: First, always apply SPF! Even if you go out for 5 minutes or relax in the shade. Even with a protective cream, you will still sunbathe. The main thing is not to get burned and not spoil your vacation. Secondly, swim in the sea in T–shirts and hats. The sun does not spare anyone. Third, buy a silver card on the subway. Save a lot of money. Fourth, change the currency immediately into dirhams. If possible, in advance, before the trip. Fifth, do not buy a SIM card. In general, there is Wi-Fi almost everywhere, so the lack of Internet is noticeable only on the street. Sixth, buildings are sometimes really cool because of the air conditioning. It would be best to put a shirt on top so as not to freeze. Seventh, taxi drivers are very cunning. Download the Careem taxi hailing app. This way, the price will be more or less fixed, and the taxi driver will follow the navigator, rather than making an extra circle to wind up the meter. We had a rest in December from the 13th to the 20th in 2025. The hotel hasn't been bad for a long time, they open the doors to meet vacationers from the doorstep, everyone is friendly, the reception area is sooo beautiful and the whole hotel smells very good with pleasant incense, the smell is sooo memorable, the Russian-speaking girl at the reception explained everything, answered all your questions. We were settled on the 5th floor with a view of the courtyard , there is no view at all on the 2nd floor , if you want a room with a balcony and a street where all the traffic is , pay 150 dirhams extra per day , it turns out to be quite a lot .on the 5th floor , the repair is old ,everything is clean ,nothing is torn anywhere ,the bed linen is snow -white ,towels are changed and they clean every day, but the repairman is old . I heard that the ground floor has a good modern renovation and style . We only took breakfast, which is quite edible, there is something to eat: scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, fruits (papaya, watermelon, apples, oranges), various kinds of puff pastry (you will not see cakes and pastries there)juice, water, tea, coffee with milk, in general, if you don't find fault, then it's quite a good breakfast.Rooftop pool with Jacuzzi, all comfortably heated. A great hotel for your money. The metro is 3 minutes away on foot!!!! The shopping center is 1 metro stop away or a 15-minute walk. To the sea, the 81st bus takes 15-20 minutes on the way according to the schedule. Dubai Marina is 15-20 minutes away by metro, and Dubai Mall is 20-25 minutes away. Compact, 6 floors, except G and R. Large + metro nearby. There is no commission exchange in the metro. Grocery stores nearby, Day to day, Brand for less. Emirates moll has an mmi liquor store. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sun beds. They give me a towel. You can't get to the gym in the evening. There are a lot of students. Restaurant 👍. We took breakfast and dinner. They ate too much. We changed dinner for lunch a couple of times. If lunch is cheaper than dinner, take lunch. There are just 2 meals there, no matter which. The bed linen does not dry in the room. I had to dry it on a hanger by the window, on the windowsill. Towels were changed every day. Sometimes they didn't report it. They may not put tea or sugar. We're not supposed to have coffee. I asked the boy who cleaned our place sometimes to change his tea for coffee. He didn't take the tea away and started adding coffee to us every day. Bathrobe, slippers, iron on request. Ask and they will give it to you. There is a birthday compliment from the hotel. We saw people coming up to the restaurant, greeting us and handing us a small cake. My husband was celebrating his 60th birthday. They didn't congratulate me. I approached the Russian-speaking Lana at the reception. He says the request has been made. After lunch, the cake was simply brought to the room.

I liked the hotel for everyone. The reviews about the hotel were contradictory. I considered the proximity to the subway a priority. But when we arrived at the hotel, we checked in at 10 a.m. on the 6th floor, after a long drive it was gorgeous. We only took the tourist tax without a deposit. The room is clean, daily cleaning, change of bed and towels also daily. I only took breakfast and I'm just as happy. From the dishes offered, I formed a new composition for myself each time. There are nice and friendly staff at the reception, and the Russian-speaking Lana was very helpful and pleasant. Russian was sometimes heard in the hotel and I think it was good for them to turn to Lana. Luggage to and from the room - the service was provided by the employee immediately. I used the pool, the staff is also polite and understands Russian by the way. I rate my vacation with hotel accommodation at 5+.

I liked the hotel as a whole. The staff is very polite, everyone is smiling, especially our one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room is cleaned every day, they may forget to put towels on, you should call to remind them and they will bring it, but after a while, not immediately. There are always 2 porridges, they seem to be dairy, but they seem to have very little porridge on water... You will not drink water under the guise of milk porridge. There is an omelet, but you have to stand in line and wait for it, just like pancakes. Cucumbers seem to be normal, tomatoes are not ripe. There's a rocking chair on the upper floors, and pools on the roof! The location is convenient, 20 minutes walk to the Mall. If you are a fan of swimming, then prepare thoroughly: glasses, mask, fins, camera, selection of a beach with fresh water showers in advance! The room was a little dirty when checking in, there was a construction site nearby day and night, and the smell of cooking could be felt throughout the hotel. We stayed with a friend at this hotel from January 6 to January 13, 2025!! We were pleased with the reception! Excellent lobby, attention, especially from Russian-speaking managers. Check-in had to wait, our arrival and registration was in the morning, check-in at 14:00.Thanks to Lana and Mariam, they made concessions and gave us a room with a view of a small piece of the Parusa. The room had to be replaced, there was a lot of wind blowing out the window, it's cool at night in January. We moved into room 526 and were very pleased! The food is excellent, fruits of all kinds, hot dishes and soups in the morning!! So we ate too much. I was pleased with the staff and their courtesy. I solved any question quickly!! Overall, the hotel is welcoming, cozy, good beds and spacious rooms. The beaches are nearby, there are 3 stops on 81 buses, the coast is long, you can choose different locations. The transfer took us to the beach, everything is clear. I recommend the hotel, it will make you feel at home. Guided tours and independent trips are very convenient! The Garden of wonders or flowers is also nearby, take a 10 bus, 100 dirhams entrance and you will enjoy a great park, take wonderful photos! I really enjoyed my vacation, I want to come back here!

Good day! We stayed at MD Hotel from March 31 to April 7, 2025. We checked in earlier than we should have, and upon departure, at our request, we extended the time by 2 hours - very pleasant rest bonuses. Room 511 is spacious and clean. The windows overlook the neighboring building, but it didn't bother us - for a relaxing holiday, what we needed was quiet with the window open. Cleaning is daily. Coffee/tea set + bottled water is replenished every day. We only had breakfast included - a standard set of dishes. We had lunch at the hotel several times (cost 49 dirhams). The food is excellent, there is always fish, meat, chicken. Only water is included in the drinks, but you can take, for example, watermelon, melon and no additional liquids are needed. We went to the beach on our own by 81 bus, which stops near the entrance to the subway - it's very close to the hotel. But in the opposite direction you will have to walk from the Emirates Mall, because there is the final bus stop. We liked Kite Beach, it was clean and spacious. The hotel, in our opinion, is well located to the main attractions of Dubai - there are 3 metro stops in one direction and you are at the Marina, in the other there are about 5 stations from Burj Khalifa, and take a bus 1-2 stops and you get to Modinat Jumeirah, the Arab Venice, and the Parus Hotel. Pros: We are staying at this hotel at the moment. Spacious two-room room with a kitchen and a balcony. This is the second time we have come to this hotel, and we did not regret it. We visited it for the first time in April 2024 and we really liked it. Convenient location,5 minutes to the metro and bus stop to the beach. The hotel has been partially renovated, the lobby and the restaurant have been redone. In our opinion, it got better. I really like the food at the hotel. We have breakfast/lunch or dinner. The food is always clean, hot and plentiful. It is very tasty and the beautiful design of all the dishes is amazing. For lunch, there are two types of soups, fish, chicken of various preparations, meat, salads, vegetables, fruits. The desserts are very beautiful and delicious pies and jellies.For breakfast, great coffee from the coffee machine (this is a very important moment for us!) The staff is very attentive! The restaurant serves young people. Always with a smile, which is very nice. Esther and Janidi work very well, unfortunately I don't know the names of the others. But well done! Special Thanks to Lana!(Russian-speaking), helps us for the second year, solves all problems quickly.It's a pleasure to talk to her! We've been to many countries, and we're used to seeing different hotels and rooms. We don't have any claims or excessive demands. Overall, the hotel is good! I don't want to leave. We returned from a trip 3 days ago. I really liked the hotel! Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes to the metro and bus stop. We arrived early in the morning, checked in right away, thanks a lot to Islam from Egypt and Lana at the reception, they speak excellent Russian. We helped with the luggage, the room was large, a bedroom and a living room, a balcony, 2 toilets, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a kettle, coffee, tea, glasses and cups, an ironing board, an iron and a dryer in the room. We were thrilled! We only took breakfast, the breakfasts were varied and very satisfying: chicken sausages, potatoes, noodles, rice, omelette, delicious waffles, fruits, vegetables, various cheeses, porridges, even soup. Cleaning every day. The bed is comfortable, the mattress and bed linen are very high quality and pleasant! We forgot about work and problems! We visited the heated rooftop pool, towels, deck chairs and sun beds for free, sauna and gym for free. This is our third time in Dubai, but I want to return to this hotel! There is a Russian-speaking Lana at the reception. The room is spacious, but not renovated, clean, snow-white towels, cleaning every day. Nice pool, clean water, towels are provided, but they can not be taken to the beach. We bought one large towel in advance and took it with us. There is a super market in front of the hotel, it is open 24 hours, you can also buy an umbrella and a towel there if desired. You just got there by taxi, get out, wait on the street, the taxi delivery system is very simple here, you don't have to wait long. It costs 30-35 dirhams to get to the beach in one direction, 850 rubles. We showed the name on the map. The beach is very beautiful, clean, there are different zones, we chose to the left, closer to the sail, where it is more deserted, there are lifeguards in each zone. The name of the beach is Kait beach. We didn't take the bus from the hotel, as the check-out was at 11, and we arrived in the hottest weather, where the air temperature was +40, so at 07:30 we were already on the yarn. The hotel is near the metro, lots of shops. A little further away, if you walk to the right and then to the left from the hotel, there will be a large supermarket. At lunch, we had sliced fruits, mangoes, nuts, and cola there, the prices were reasonable. The metro is nearby, you need to purchase metro cards.
