Excellent location, close to metro and buses. We checked in at exactly 3 p.m., paid the tourist tax for 7 nights of 105 dirhams, and did not take a deposit. We took breakfast and dinner (you can change it for lunch), the food is without frills, but delicious. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Lana, who always helped. Bathrobes, slippers, an ironing board, and an iron were brought immediately upon request. I didn't like the cleaning service:they'll forget to put water on, then coffee, then toiletries, they took away one bathrobe -they didn't put a clean one. It's small things, but they're annoying. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo in dispensers, with an unpleasant smell, as if poured from one barrel. On my birthday, during breakfast, I was congratulated with a piece of cake with a candle, it was very pleasant. The rooftop pool wasn't big, and the gym was open. Overall, it's not bad.

We asked for bathrobes, and they were brought to us immediately. Water was also brought without problems when we asked at the reception. Of course, 2 bottles a day was not enough for us! the heat there in early September is hellish))) We had breakfast and lunch included, we didn't want to have dinner at all, lunch was enough. Even if you get hungry in the evening, you can buy anything you want in the supermarkets downstairs, there are a lot of them, as well as cafes. Food prices are even lower than ours. The food at the hotel is very good! There are fish, beef, various side dishes, fruits, vegetables, various desserts (everything is very tasty!) The location of the hotel is very convenient!There is a metro and bus stop across the street, and we purchased a travel card. It can be replenished at terminals, and it can also be paid at a supermarket (several supermarkets). There are 81 buses to the beach, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. in the opposite direction, the same bus goes to Emirates Mall, where you can take the subway, get off at the next stop, and the subway ride will be free after the bus. The fare is 3 dirhams. We went swimming at Kite Beach all the time. The water is free, there are changing areas + showers, as well as toilets. Wi-Fi is also free! Everything is very clean! You can get to all the attractions of Dubai by metro, there is no point in taking a sightseeing tour, you can see everything on the subway! I had to dry it on a hanger by the window, on the windowsill. Towels were changed every day. Sometimes they didn't report it. They may not put tea or sugar. We're not supposed to have coffee. I asked the boy who cleaned our place sometimes to change his tea for coffee. He didn't take the tea away and started adding coffee to us every day. Bathrobe, slippers, iron on request. Ask and they will give it to you. There is a birthday compliment from the hotel. We saw people coming up to the restaurant, greeting us and handing us a small cake. My husband was celebrating his 60th birthday. They didn't congratulate me. I approached the Russian-speaking Lana at the reception. He says the request has been made. The third time in this hotel, there are changes for the better. New renovation in the lobby, reception, restaurant and toilets. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception solve all issues, there is a rooftop swimming pool with sauna and hammam, gym. The rooms are as clean as new, the beds are comfortable for sleeping, the bathroom is good, there is a tea set in the room and a refrigerator. We took tours from a guy in the lobby at the table (name Abu Bakr) cheaper and explains everything well in Russian, he willingly answered all questions about Dubai, I advise you. The food is delicious, you won't stay hungry, we took breakfast and dinner, we had enough, we can come for lunch instead of dinner, i.e. change it. Luggage is collected upon arrival and departure, you need to dial 0 in the room and inform about departure.

The room is very spacious (3 rooms and 2 bathrooms), there are some questions about the quality of cleaning, towels were changed regularly, as we left them on the floor, but the dust was not particularly wiped. The staff is helpful and friendly, many speak Russian. One super important nuance is that their entire 5th floor is renovated. And there were bedbugs in the bed!!!!!. After the first night, we demanded relocation and were unconditionally moved to a room without such problems. But the sediment remained. We took a taxi to the beach. It's too far to walk. You need to make an appointment for a transfer at a specific time, and you don't want to be on duty.

We were in July 2025, 2 adults + 2 children 10+. This is one of the few hotels with 2 bedrooms and a living room, 3 bathrooms in the room, 2 of them with a shower, 90 meters square. The cravati and linen are excellent. The metro is 1 minute away, a taxi to any beach is 15 minutes and 25-35 dirh. There are many cafes nearby, but mostly fast food, a shop in front of the hotel, there is everything you want. But! A cockroach ran through the room once. Kitchen appliances should be asked at the reception. The pool and Jacuzzi on the roof are nice. 4 stars 🌟. We only took breakfast, a standard buffet, we didn't regret it, we weren't tied to the schedule. Emirates Mall is not difficult to walk to.

We stayed with a friend at this hotel from January 6 to January 13, 2025!! We were pleased with the reception! Excellent lobby, attention, especially from Russian-speaking managers. Check-in had to wait, our arrival and registration was in the morning, check-in at 14:00.Thanks to Lana and Mariam, they made concessions and gave us a room with a view of a small piece of the Parusa. The room had to be replaced, there was a lot of wind blowing out the window, it's cool at night in January. We moved into room 526 and were very pleased! The food is excellent, fruits of all kinds, hot dishes and soups in the morning!! So we ate too much. I was pleased with the staff and their courtesy. I solved any question quickly!! Overall, the hotel is welcoming, cozy, good beds and spacious rooms. The beaches are nearby, there are 3 stops on 81 buses, the coast is long, you can choose different locations. The transfer took us to the beach, everything is clear. I recommend the hotel, it will make you feel at home. Guided tours and independent trips are very convenient! The Garden of wonders or flowers is also nearby, take a 10 bus, 100 dirhams entrance and you will enjoy a great park, take wonderful photos! I really enjoyed my vacation, I want to come back here!

Good day! We stayed at MD Hotel from March 31 to April 7, 2025. We checked in earlier than we should have, and upon departure, at our request, we extended the time by 2 hours - very pleasant rest bonuses. Room 511 is spacious and clean. The windows overlook the neighboring building, but it didn't bother us - for a relaxing holiday, what we needed was quiet with the window open. Cleaning is daily. Coffee/tea set + bottled water is replenished every day. We only had breakfast included - a standard set of dishes. We had lunch at the hotel several times (cost 49 dirhams). The food is excellent, there is always fish, meat, chicken. Only water is included in the drinks, but you can take, for example, watermelon, melon and no additional liquids are needed. We went to the beach on our own by 81 bus, which stops near the entrance to the subway - it's very close to the hotel. But in the opposite direction you will have to walk from the Emirates Mall, because there is the final bus stop. We liked Kite Beach, it was clean and spacious. The hotel, in our opinion, is well located to the main attractions of Dubai - there are 3 metro stops in one direction and you are at the Marina, in the other there are about 5 stations from Burj Khalifa, and take a bus 1-2 stops and you get to Modinat Jumeirah, the Arab Venice, and the Parus Hotel. We helped with the luggage, the room was large, a bedroom and a living room, a balcony, 2 toilets, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a kettle, coffee, tea, glasses and cups, an ironing board, an iron and a dryer in the room. We were thrilled! We only took breakfast, the breakfasts were varied and very satisfying: chicken sausages, potatoes, noodles, rice, omelette, delicious waffles, fruits, vegetables, various cheeses, porridges, even soup. Cleaning every day. The bed is comfortable, the mattress and bed linen are very high quality and pleasant! We forgot about work and problems! We visited the heated rooftop pool, towels, deck chairs and sun beds for free, sauna and gym for free. This is our third time in Dubai, but I want to return to this hotel!
