Lived here for 2 weeks. During this time, there has never been a vacuum cleaner in the room, the dust has never been wiped, crumbs were on the floor and on the table, and remained, soap and toilet paper were not given out for 3-4 days. The toilet was faulty. Towels were changed only 2 times a week. At the reception, the girl did not accept comments, only "we will fix it, there will be cleaning." At breakfast, after 9.15 there are no seats, and there was nothing to eat except an omelet, filth in the hall, horror! The windows overlooked another house, a distance of 5 meters, the windows were in the windows. There is no swimming pool, the gym is open only in the morning. The nearest pool is in another hotel, but the pool is small and there are never any places there. The shuttle to the sea is only two times: at 8.00 - 5 places and at 18.30 - in the evening it's just the time for sunbathing, no one goes!( Of the advantages only: location, metro 100 meters away.

Disgusting hotel!!! Everything is terrible!!!! 1. The rooms are shabby, old, some stink of whitewash... Things in the rooms do not dry, refrigerators are buzzing in all rooms!!! 2. Breakfast / dinner - if you managed to run to the beginning - you can eat something, and so - there is nothing to eat at 21 o'clock (!!!), although dinner is until 22:30!!!! Even stupidly there is no coffee in the bags, the waiter generally said that coffee is not included in the dinner! Seriously?! Is the boiling water over? 3. There is NO transfer to the beach!!! The hotel has a "transfer schedule", and in fact - a bus from another hotel passes this one, stops and the driver says "There are no seats", closes the door and leaves - everyone turns around and stomps to the subway!!! The only plus is the metro is 100 meters away. Take away the Horror, THE SHAME OF Dubai!!! And most importantly - no one is trying to smooth out the inconvenience, there is no service!!!

Honestly , I don 't understand all those who write rave reviews . I was at this hotel the day before yesterday . We arrived tired , they definitely won 't check you in before , and it doesn 't matter if the room is cleaned , free or something else . The reception staff does not show a drop of attention. We waited until 14:00. I went to the counter , and again at the reception they tell me that the room is not ready . I am with two children, tired, hungry, and all this time until 16:00 we had to wait near the reception, where the air conditioners are working to the fullest. Naturally , we were all blown out and we all began to feel chills in chorus . Well, finally they decided to settle us, by the way, as it turned out, even if you booked a room for three, this does not mean that you will have a place for three. You will also need to pay 100 dirhams for each day of your stay for a cot. Generally settled , my first shock is cockroaches , fuuu cockroaches . My second shock is bedbugs !!!!!! God , I remember and feel sick . Damp , damp . Gloomy dark rooms . I want to run as fast as I can. Windows cannot be opened . Okay , I think everything is fine , we need to look for a positive in everything . We went down to the power room and there was a third disappointment waiting for me , it was dirty dishes . Although what to expect from a hotel where cockroaches infest !!! As luck would have it , for the first time I chose three meals a day and these are the surprises . The food for 4 stars is very poor , but that 's not the worst thing . Summing up , I want to say the following , I do not understand who awarded this hotel 4 stars . For Dubai , it 's definitely 2 stars no more . Earlier this year, I was at the rove la mer 3 star hotel. It 's just heaven and earth !!!!!!!!! I strongly do not recommend it.

The hotel is shabby, economy-economy. There is no repair, everything is old. We ordered a room for three, it turned out that they all have 2-bed rooms! They differ in a couple of meters, where the extra-bad is placed. And the third adult should sleep on a cot for the whole vacation.The rooms are not prepared for arrival at all. No towels, no water, no slippers, nothing for 3x.The faucet is leaking, the shower is leaking, the linen is stained, the mattress is dirty. We have to knock out everything ourselves. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day, no fruit, no greens. It's good that we didn't pay for the dinners, the same assortment, and what's left of the breakfasts. And as drinks for dinner, the water is cold! No tea, no coffee. On the second day of their stay, they found a bed bug (or bed bug) on the bed!!!!!!! Be careful!!!! Our room was changed, and I had to fight a battle for damages and compensation. Horror, how much we travel, this is the first time!!!! Shame on you. From cleaning the rooms-changing towels, and shaking out the garbage, nothing more. And every time they forgot that there were three of us!!!!! Not two. Only there are no complaints about the pools on the roof, they are clean and towels are given out. What 4 stars?!!!! 2 and then with tension. I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all!!!!! Due to the early departure, lunch boxes were ordered by a certain time. Naturally, they weren't ready. In this hotel, apparently there is no relationship between the services at all. Issued after waiting, and what?! A couple of puffs, an orange and an apple. No eggs, no cheese, and these eggs were cooked immeasurably for breakfast. Just a nightmare. We don 't have a single good word . It's better to pay more and relax without hassle.
