In fact, 5 stars. I slept very wonderfully there, even with the main disadvantage of the hotel. And the disadvantage is the noise insulation with the street. This is the center, within walking distance of Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, fountains. Cars are humming until 2-3 nights. There is a hum and it is clearly audible in the room with panoramic windows. We settled in quickly, 80 dirhams were taken upon check-in, and a tourist fee. Breakfast is on the 1st floor and the food is quite tasty, ala-kart, no buffet. The hall is quite sad. The room smells from the drain, and in the toilet and in the shower, there was a bidet in the room. Funnily enough, the bathroom mirror doesn't have an outlet for a hair dryer. In general, a normal hotel with a gorgeous view.

The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are cleaned, bathrobes, slippers, water is replenished 2 times a day, tea and coffee in the room, kettle and coffee machine in general, everything is great!!!! The pool is clean with a view of the Burj Khalifa

In general, rather, it did not go down. They took it out of curiosity - they had never stopped before in the Edition. The key points are as follows: the rooms are modern, very nice design, but! with immensely heavy furniture, a la made of cast iron - a coffee table (small) can't be moved (etc.). Room cleaning frankly left much to be desired, as well as the corridors. The staff was 50/50 - frankly unfriendly and indifferent on the first day, but wonderful on the second. The bass is small, but cute, with a gorgeous view (see photo), but!!! It closes unforgivably early, so you won't be able to enjoy this beautiful view at night, only during the day. Worse, the restick closes early with him, too... There are mixed feelings in general, but rather disappointment...

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year. Everything is beautiful and stylish. But! A separate disadvantage is the paid spa area. But the worst part is that the cleaning service does a terrible job. At 11 p.m., a janitor entered my room, I was alone in the room and was already getting ready for bed, he said that it was supposed to be evening cleaning and unceremoniously entered the room , although there was nothing to clean there. I was outraged because there had been no evening cleaning for three days before that . For a hotel of this level and with such a large amount of money for accommodation, I consider this unacceptable. The next day, they apologized to me and extended the room. For three hours . Although my husband warned them to take care of me, as he left two days early.

I didn't like the hotel at all. Rude and not friendly staff. The spa is not your own, so you cannot use the spa area cleanly, only by paying for the services. Restaurant administrators are like face control in clubs - rude, not tactful and not flexible. In my case, the reception registered and gave the keys to my room to my guest! The guest left at 12 a.m., at 5 a.m. I was evicted from the room by calls and screams - allegedly at 12 a.m. I had to leave the room, as the person handed over the keys and left. And the fact that I paid for a room for one person and stayed asleep - they didn't even turn on the logic. Moreover, I did not understand the standard check-out at 11:00 a.m., why they decided to evict at 5 a.m. They violated my security (by giving keys without permission to a stranger), my sleep and my mood. For the apology, they offered to extend the stay until 16:00. In general, I was even more upset that for such blunders they offer what other hotels do by default during off-season. I packed up and left, upset, sleep deprived, and humiliated.

A great hotel with a high level of service. There are problems with ventilation and cooling of conference rooms. Otherwise, everything was fine. Even the individual scent designed for the hotel is wonderful. :) And the Duomo restaurant on the ground floor is unrealistically delicious.

The hotel is good because it is located within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai Mall - a 5-minute walk. Otherwise, the Dubai standard, a lot of rooms, the rooms are not huge, but not small either. The price tag in restaurants is like in all the Mariotts of Dubai.
