My wife gave me a certificate for the doctor, but I couldn't use it... For family reasons (serious illness of a close relative), he was physically unable to use the certificate during the specified 3 months. When I asked to restore it at least at a discount, the company replied that it was necessary to use everything on time. When asked to get into the situation, they didn't even ask what the reason for my delay was, but only dryly referred to the legislation. I understand that I am wrong by the letter of the law, but somehow I could get into the situation (at least to find out why I could not implement the certificate on time), I think the company, if it thought at least a little about the customers, could. Very sorry...
