And when you stand a couple of meters away from an employee to keep a queue, you are driven further away and it is unclear where to wait for your turn (this is when there are a lot of people). There is also a queue at the checkout (without a ticket). I ordered a HUMO card, two weeks have passed today, the card is still not ready (they promised to do it in a week).

Very poor service at the ticket offices. The electronic queue at the checkout is not working. One of the 4 ticket offices has been operating for a month now. And the bank's client, in order to receive interest on a deposit or pay for opening a bank card, has to stand in a huge queue of students who pay for their studies. Is it really impossible to make a separate cash register for the contractor and the people who pay whom the servants.
